Good interview I think. Personally, I think Messi's the best but I admire Cristiano a lot. His hard work and relentless desire is unmatched. If Rooney, for example, had Ronaldo's mentality, he could have been so much more. It just shows Ronaldo's self-belief and drive. Yes, he can sometimes come across as a bit arrogant but the guy is amazing. He got to the top because of his attitude. Definitely top ten all time, in my opinion.

Ronaldo has made improvement itself his real talent. He is a machine that never stops seeing things that can be better. In my opinion attitude, hard work, perfectionism are things that go a longer way than natural talent. It's like this in sports, academics, arts and everywhere else!
Messi has kind of supernatural talent so that he levels Ronaldo - might even go beyond Ronaldo (I'm no professional so I can not decide who is better).
But with natural talent you are born. Attitude you have to give yourself everyday. There is something fundamentally great about that.
His genetics are absolutely top 1% but he has physiological strength not a born-with talent for the specific sport football in a way that Messi has I believe. But thats my point - he is still as good (maybe even better) because he improves everything much more than any other football player.

Great interview with honest, fair questions. As a die hard Messi fan, I'm sure both players don't like being compared to one another. Just because I think Messi is a better player doesn't make Ronaldo any less talented and skilled. They just want to play their passion and be the best they can be.
