- The shadow foreign secretary, Emily Thornberry, has questioned Boris Johnson's reasons for 'admiring' Trump and asked why the US president should have the honour of visiting the UK in two weeks.
The foreign secretary had been asked to justify the comment he made at a private Conservative party dinner
Her whole question sequence was read from a pre prepared sheet, and knowing her inability to answer questions, this was written by a hired hack.

Trump should sue her for slander. That wasn't a matter of ambiguity or of ignorance or of erroneous reporting. That was deliberate lying to slander somebody for political purposes.
