Lawdy yes! So much in my head. Gluing paper to other paper helps with the anxiety. I’ve been doing ICADs and running ahead making some backgrounds. I love making little glue books from magazines like this. I filled one with a collection of coffee related memes.

Just found you and have already folded what will be my first glue book. Thanks, great video on that; but more importantly thank you for telling that mom to answer her child. Things like that drive the rest of us insane. She needed to be brought up out of her fog. I'll never understand how people become deaf to their own kids like they do. As to the wet pants thing, welcome to the club. 70 and childless but that's becoming an every day occurrence around here.

Oh you poor thing I know exactly what you're dealing with! I never had children, got married for the first time at 51 I'm now 59 and that big one is just a few months away, but every hard sneeze it good belly laugh and I'm in trouble. Not often enough or big enough amount to warrant extra padding but never a fun time. As someone who dealt with anxiety and panic attacks as an older teen, I applaud you for your amazing attitude about these embarrassing life situations and not only giggle about it but share it with us. So many of us I'm sure can relate so I hope you feel a little less alone. Feel like I'm chatting with a friend while I'm watching you create. Much love from AZ 💕

Two tips for getting the backing off of stickers like that: #1 at a corner, or a small point (like the end of a leaf) bend a tiny bit back and forth and it will usually separate. #2 Take a straight pin, or an open safety pin, and tease the point between the layers. Hope that helps😊
I did this with my 4 and five y/o...they wanted to junk journal with me. FUN Their journals are a wonderful keepsake.

Luv this idea, I made 2 mini glue books from an already harvested magazine. I have some of those stickers and find them difficult to get the backing off of them. I did get a giggle out of your sped up voice while you struggled with them...lol. The struggle is real 😂

LOL You'd be fun to hang with. Don't stress over the sticker. Take a straight pin and go from the back and prick with the pin, going in at an angle to get between the 2 layers. Breathe LOL Love your little books. Creative Blessings!

When my son was about five, he’s 45 now, we were in a store. I had always taught him not to act like kids we saw out places and praised him that he was respectful of himself, myself, and others to behave in public. In this crowded isle he was behind me. This unacceptable something happened, I turned, grabbed shoulders, and sternly said, “how many times do I have to tell you not to act like other people’s children?!!” This small voice goes, “Mama, I’m over here.” I had grabbed some other child. The mother’s face dropped, I gasped, and she just walked away not saying a word and the kid followed her. I didn’t hear anything else out of that child either the rest of the time we were in the store. My son won’t let me live this down………lol.
