@@AxtuoAx so…I bring it to Walmart to get an oil change. They tell me there is a plate they can’t get off (AN HOUR LATER!)so they can’t do it. I get it home, put it up on ramps, take off the skid plate, drain the oil and change the filter. Took me 45 minutes. You made this so much easier for me. Thanks so much.
Axtuo, thanks for the simple, no BS walkthrough. Great video! For clarification, the 2013 model year Fiat's you're referring to are the 500's, this model is the 500x crossover which started in 2016.
This car doesn’t have the x on the dash with the 500 so I don’t think it’s the 500x. I have the 2016 500x and it’s clearly on the dash near the glove box.
Do the same procedure...pour 4qts first, let the car idle for a minute, then shut it down, wait 2 minutes, let most of the oil drop on the oil pan, then check the level with the oil dipstick, if you need more just pour more oil and check the level. That should do it !! Thanks for watching!!!
Walmart trys to say you have to access the filter through the headlight ....I know better but they refuse the oil change claiming it's a pain in their ass
I can’t believe I just read this! I just brought the car to Walmart and they said there was a plate that they couldn’t get off so they couldn’t do the oil change after I waited for AN HOUR! I watched this video and there is no plate covering anything. Just the oil pan drain and the oil filter. Walmart is full of crap. They’re too lazy to do anything.
