hello, i have an '85 115. my fuel pump is mounted on the block. i have rebuilt the pump, but still get bogging issues. i placed a gauge between the pump and carbs and see about 1 psi. what kind of pressure should i see from these pumps? thanks.

The cap over the filter is not made anymore, I had to make my own with my mini lathe.
