There's a reason Claire says she lives with four kids while Gloria lives with two adults (this was before Joe.) every involved parent will complain about raising their kids, it's a hard job. All kids get into trouble cause they're human, but Haley and Luke we're by far the most irresponsible. It makes sense Claire would be the most stressed.
