Whenever you chase validation, approval, success or love, you might find that your desires feel more and more out of your reach. The chasing dynamic to any of these goals only causes resistance, suffering, attachment and frustration. For example, when you chase validation from the external environment- say for example a significant other or a parent- you'll probably feel even less validation for yourself. You are probably expecting someone outside of yourself to say or do something for you which makes you sort of "chasing" external validation. All this does is deplete your energy and make you feel even less validation from your expectation.
When I stopped chasing validation, approval and success, I found that I stopped looking for those things outside of myself. Instead, I started giving myself validation, approval and embodying my version of success and it naturally manifested into my new identity and reality. When you stop chasing and start BEING, you shift to a whole new timeline of your identity and reality.

"If you exist you are worthy", I like that. Like Eckhart Tolle says "On the level of being you are already complete. There is nothing you need to become". That gives me a great relief. Then we can play with form and our purpose without the need that we have to achieve something to feel worthy.
So many of us are trying create a life seeking to be "normal" but when we try to become this, we create a boring life where there are only small thrills coming from the validation we will never be able to fully feel and hold. The only way to capture that feeling of validation is by becoming who YOU are because you are validating you by being you and all the beauty of your uniqueness.
Everything is already done, lets just tune to it🙏
I love how you wrote it. I understand this. It also reminds me of my narcissistic ex girlfriend who used and abused this mindset on why she was treating me terribly and being selfish. She called it being “herself” and “who she is”. But she’s really just a narcissist who lacks empathy and only self focused.
Being free, rich, successful and highly influential is normal for me. ☺

Not chasing. Only receiving.
This one should be watched daily. The talking, yelling, and flailing works for me and helps deliver the big picture messages.
Recently I had to part ways with a friend who I played in a band with. She adhered too much to this law of attraction stuff. She studied and practiced these teachings and even wrote a book with similar ideas. She was very guarded but pretended to be the authentic version of herself by being sparkly. We were friends until she started to push me away because I wanted to know her better as a person. My genuine interest in her was a problem. She called it needy energy. I did not need validation or her approval. Then I realized after seeing how she surrounded herself with as many superficial interactions with others as possible that I needed to go away on my own. She didn’t want anyone to get close to her is what I noticed just to live in the moment with bubbly personality. This attracted me and a lot of others to her. I parted ways because I didn’t want to have to compete for her time and interest to even be just friends. Asking a personal question was a big turn off for her. She didn’t care or just pretended to not care about a real friendship with me. Law of attraction repulsed me. I wish her luck but my journey with her went sour.
So weird this is what I’ve been looking at this week. I recently had a personal success and contacted several people to tell them because I was happy. One did not respond and I had to sit with the feelings this brought up. I initially looked at their part, perhaps they’re jealous or something, but then as the days progressed I began to look at my part and why I needed or sought their validation. A HUGE shift occurred in my development of consciousness...(this was yesterday) and then today you posted this video. God I love life’s synchronicity‘s and the nudges I receive from Great Spirit! Thank you so much Aaron for your service and dedication to helping others “raise their consciousness”!! I discovered your CZcams channel this past August. The first video I watched brought tears to my eyes and I’ve been watching ever since! Sooo, I know you aren’t looking for validation, 😉 but YOU effing ROCK! Love and light~ ❤️🌎🙏🏼☀️👁🍀🧙🏽🧚🏾♀️🎶😝🌚❄️🌲💫

I do not normally comment but the stage i am right now i seen your the video pop up i felt the urge to write. 8months ago I started to listen to your channel. My first ever video which I watched of yours was about the detachment. I was struggling in my relationship. I must have watched it amount atleast 500 times or maybe more to make my subconscious understand what needs to be done. I kid u not Aaron. IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. Evn tho it was originally to fix my relationship which I struggle with but it made me understand the whole prospects of my life and how detachment is the KEY to everything. IT IS HARD especially when you are attached but now because my subconscious has understood this very well. Anything i start in life now or had going on in my life i do not attach and it falls in my lap exectly the way i wanted or even better. I might have been listening to loads of other people but Aaron you will always be my guru who actually made me start this journey-of beautiful life without any control.
This is how much you have been embedded in my subconscious when i talk to myself lol which i do alot i am like my own best friend lol when i am in hard times now do you know what i say? Ur words from one of your attachment video “ release it to the ether” . Literaly thats my mantra and my subconscious just let it go.
