  • VOX’s VTX amplifiers feature a brand new modeling engine and sound even better than ever! By using VET (Virtual Element Technology), which is based on an analysis of the components and amp circuits themselves, VTX amplifiers produce the most accurate and realistic amplifier sounds to date. These new amplifiers also feature a multi-stage Valvetronix tube preamp. This preamp design incorporates authentic analog circuitry to achieve the subtle tonal adjustments and capture the nuances that are distinctive of vacuum tube amps. The effects section has also been revamped and now offers 12 classic effects based on some of the most iconic stompboxes of all time. In addition to this clever circuitry, VTX amplifiers feature a tightly sealed cabinet and a proprietary bass-reflex design to deliver stunning resonance. Go beyond the realm of previous modeling amps with the new VOX ToneRoom editing software that lets you customize the existing amps and effects yourself, or create your own!
    • VET (Virtual Elements Technology) delivers stunning sound quality
    • Valvetronix preamp uses a vacuum tube multi-stage amplification circuit
    • A broad range of 11 realistic amp models and 13 high quality on-board effects
    • Built-in tuner, AUX in jack, Headphones out, and USB connectivity
All sounds created using a VOX VT40X amplifier & a Fender American Standard Telecaster. All sounds captured using a Cascade Fat Head II microphone (Lundahl Transformer upgrade) into a Chandler Germanium Pre-Amp into Digi 003 interface. Engineered by Anthony Corallo.

      Sounds like a E with a flat 6. Basically play a 7th fret E chord but instead of a 9 on the D string, it's a 10.

What is exactly the setting for the clean sound? I guess user A, B or C, but I can't get the clean sound even with all the effects off.

Hold the button near the "amp preset" selector for 2 o 3 secondo untile the light stays off, then you entered in the manual mode, with everything off you have the real clean sound.
