These CourtTV hosts have shown remarkable bias for the duration of the Karen Read trial. It's laughable that Julie presents herself as any sort of journalist, she presents more as a opinion writer for the back page of a small town newspaper. Is she even watching the same trial as we are?
I watched Katie's testimony as an outsider. I don't agree with you. She is in "many" photos.
Agree! It wasn’t just photos from high school. Sounds like it was many pictures of them together up until recently.
Big deal, group setting pictures. She already testified they aren’t one on one friends but have common friends. The defense is looking so desperate. The paramedics, police, people in the house & the dog all conspired to frame Karen R. Yah right!!

They would have to call back the witness, who supposedly perjured herself, which takes time. That witness probably has a job which I believe was on the fire department so yeah they can't just do it "right now".

The bottom line is this, there is no evidence she hit him.. she questioned, like any normal person would, “could I have hit him?” Little did she know that he was already dead before she even made it to the house. For me, getting rid of the dog, putting new flooring in the house, then selling it very quickly-all very suspicious.
And she saw him go into the house.
Also, one of the coos owns a plow service and plow drivers reported a man down in early hrs of the morning. When one of the workers asked about the man being down he was told if he wanted to keep his job to never mention that again. People wonder how the cover up can happen ? These officers all own different companies.
Oh and they sold house at 50,000 loss in a booming house market.

I am having trouble watching Julie because of her take on this case. To me it is obvious he did not get those injuries from a car. I don’t care about the cover up, although there are serious issues with Proctor and the entire investigation. It’s hard to believe that anyone with common sense would not see the reasonable doubt.
I agree. The description of the injuries do not match up with being hit by a vehicle. And the arm scratches are telling a different story.
Julie was a prosecuter before and that is what happens all the time! I always thought she was on top of things but realize her smarts are not all there! Does she not see or hear all the facts!? I don't think everyone is corrupt I think its that thing where some of them think they heard something , some aren't sure and then between then they talk themselves into believing she definitely said I hit him.
If she said that then everyone on scene has a direct duty to write that major statement in the book.
The fact they haven't is maybe one of them blundered out what he thought he heard , then got everyone he could to back him up, especially as its gone this far.
There are other people that was either firemen or paramedics who contradict what was said, imo you can't rely on witnesses at a time of stress , witness's are unreliable at the best of times , put 10 people in a room and play out a scene while they are under pressure , then ask then to describe it , there will be 10 different recollections , from slight to huge , because memory and stress doesn't go well, they were dealing with a death, she could have asked "did I hit him" one misinterpreted it and thinks she said I hit him and some of the others convince themselves that was what she said

The comments in the video miss an important point. Some photos were recent -- They are not from high school. KM visited KA at her college homr. She also more recently went to a baby shower with her. You should do your homework. Look at the photos before commenting.

He was covering his face. He was attacked by their dog in that house and they try to get rid of the dog prints with the leaf blower and any other footprints out there. Now if their are photos of them on each other's social media and they are liking and commenting on each others post, then definitely proves they are friends. It's never looked good to me , it's just easy to make out he was hit by a car because as soon as a conspiracy is brought up some people find it hard to believe.
All I know is he did not die from the car hitting him.
Why is there a witness seeing the car arrive , and someone from the house seeing the car leave , yet not one person or one neighbourhood camera saw the major part of the story of her hitting him.
How did the witness know the car was outside to see it leaving , sometimes if I hear a car start up right outside my house at 12.30am I have a quick look , so if that was what drew her to the window and she saw it leave , how did she not hear the car reverse up to 24mph and hear the car hit him ???
Its obvious that if the two testimonies are true and one was aware the car was outside why aren't they aware of an accident.
I honestly think this bit of evidence is huge because between the two neither knew of an accident , because there was no accident.

Also, some of the other witnesses heard, "Did I hit him?" That is very different from what KM said.
