Modified Supercharged Lotus Exige Sound & Spitting Flames!

- During a Formula Challenge race (an Italian racing series where the races are chase races in which the cars start at preset intervals, they take place on permanent circuits or on arranged ones if necessary, they can be done on tarmac, dirt or mixed. The type of the circuit must be such as to provide an average speed not over 80 km/h) I recorded this modified Lotus Exige with a whiny supercharger in action around the little circuit of Castelletto di Branduzzo in Italy. The car is driven by Giuseppe Zaniboni.

This is actually the first time i'm hearing the 2ZZ exhaust though, thats why i was asking.

Godzilla555 All motor (N/A) Honda K series is the best sounding 4banger IMO. High compression, ITB's and 10k Rpm...it doesn't get better than this!

looks like a slightly faster version of what we'd call Autocross in the US, except on dedicated tracks. Awesome. Any other cars from this event?
+TrackTimeAudio Think it's almost the same because this round was on a racetrack but most of the Formula Challenge events are on slower circuits created specifically with cones and hay bales in large parking lots or narrow streets of industrial areas. I still have to upload a few videos like one with the beautiful Proto P2 cars (little cars with motorbike engines). strange when he hits the brakes the lights go off, then when he comes off the brakes the lights come on. stunning car though
