- The new way to prepare meat for dinner! Few people know this trick with meat. 🔥😋
▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
~ 1.5kg beef
some vegetable oil + ~70 g butter
Fry over medium/high heat until golden brown, about 10 minutes
1-2 onions
Remove the meat from the pan and replace the oil
3-4 cloves of garlic
Salt, black pepper, paprika
1 tablespoon mustard
~ 40 ml soy sauce
300 ml water or broth
Simmer over low heat for about 60 minutes
1.5kg potatoes
Cook in salted water until tender
40-50 ml cold water + 1 tablespoon starch
Stir and simmer for about 10 minutes
Dill, parsley
Bunch of spring onions
1 onion
Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil
Salt to taste
some thick balsamic soy sauce
Let the onions caramelize for a few minutes
Drain the potatoes
Add butter and warm milk
Mmm...how delicious!
