Thank you very much this is a very important point. Making too much connexions with quantum physics make it harder for experiencers to be taken seriouly, especially by scientists.
What does really matter is the life experience of millions of people who have NDE and STE.
When various particles/photons/waves are said to be popping in and out of existence (here) and no one knows where they go to and how they come back, and we are composed of countless of those said attributes, surely physicists need to study NDE's.

It's a fascinating subject, no doubt, and I'm so glad it was discussed here. However, I think the point was made that its time has not yet come, and the connection between quantum physics and near-death experiences is still rather questionable. However, that's not to say that it may not turn out to be very relevant in the future. After all, think of the discussion about alien phenomena, and how far that has recently progressed. The lunatic fringe of one era can become the cutting edge of scientific knowledge in another.
The connection I routinely hear discussed is that between quantum physics and prayer. The idea that expectation can effect matter or reality/ outcomes.
I'd love to hear a dialogue between this scientist and someone like Mark Anthony ("The Psychic Lawyer") 🤔😀

@12:00 the sought-after "bridge" he references, may be the Vacuum Energy Field itself, or rather specific non-local modulations/resonances thereof. Here's some questions: is the Vacuum Energy Field emergent-from and subject to Space-Time, or is it antecedent, ultimately somehow existing outside of it? Which came first?
Perhaps this ‘physical’ reality is an extension or a manifestation of the quantum realm which is the base reality …… an example is the digital simulation as an extension of this physical reality we in.

That was perfectly translated to English. It is probably due to the concise and logical manner of expression from the scientist, compared to other episodes, where the personal style of storytelling gets muddled during English translation and often makes no sense.
When I had my OBEs my consciousness definitely felt "non-local" , now whether that is a quantum effect or entanglement I could not be sure but I do think quantum physics plays a part in awareness and indeed separation of consciousness at the point of "death".
"Spooky action at a distance." Quantum physics is notorious for being ungraspable, yet has elements that can be tied down. One foot in this world and the other in the other. As such it proves irresistible for proponents of woo woo to hang their ideas on. What better to lend whimsical notions credibility?
Nevertheless there is a connection between the physics of general relativity and the conscious sensate experience that makes substance appear as tho it's tangibly actual.
Will robots eventually prove that general relativity exists without awareness needing to experience it? I dont think so, bc even their existence was and is dependant on sapien consciousness creating them and being aware of them.
What is the purpose of consciousness? Maybe its 'the connection' between substance and the planck memory matrix of all forms. Example; Tesla used his imagination like a code writer in a mental visualising lab, before he actualised his inventions exactly as he imagined.
Consciousness, of varying levels, might be the connection between GRelativity of a seemingly physical body and its (incomprehensible to a homosapien) memory matrix, enabling conscious repair tweaks during sleep. And these beneficial re-configurations are experienced and remembered as disjointed dream. Who knows. Whatever, existence its absolutely amazing.
Yes there is, absolutely! quantum physics is made up of the theory of human imagination just like the story of nde. It all happens inside the mind, nde and dreams can be remembered! If both quantum theory and death experience are reality, memory and consciousness are at quantumfield.

Quantum physics, meta physics, nde, and consciousness are all part of the same equation and/or experience. There are other factors as well but many of these factors are beyond human understanding. It's very difficult to tie theories down as not only are we living on a grid of time and space, but possibilities as well. Existence isn't static, allowing us to live many lives and times throughout the grid all at once. Dimensions are endless and continually flow-we do have the ability to see many of them, but not in human form. When we fully cross over the understanding to everything is as easy as ABC. We don't remember in human form, but this is by design.
In other words, we don’t know anything about this

There is no dichotomy in matter vs consciousness issue. The consciousness is a spark of God within us and it also creates matter, so we can never find our own tail in these researches unless we change our outlook. Think of how the smaller the media, the more information it carries like in DNA case.
The answer is no.

It's only speculative to human logic. :) Logic cannot explain Quantum. Yes it sounds like your quoting Scientist.
