  • Hi everyone,
    I have decided to start a new series of training tutorials that you may use during quarantine. There will be more videos uploaded soon, so you can build up your own training according to your needs.
    No matter which training you go for, please, be careful, listen to your body and never skip those two exercises:
    1. Good warm-up
    2. Stretching
    Stretch your body as a support to keep flexible your mind, as they are connected.
    Stay strong, stay positive, and enjoy the time that was given to you.
