  • Happy Sunday my loves! I’m so excited for you to do this hip stretch. This stretch is perfect for you if you have tight hips and lower back. After that you should feel a relief in your tight hips, and notice a difference in movements like a squat, or walking stairs, sitting, etc. As always we not only lengthen, but also strengthen our joints fr longevity and health in our training and daily life.

      @@GeoKN haha, Im glad it’s a little challenging. But please don’t feel like every movement needs to look perfect right now. Remember, this is why you do it because you need it. But be gentle with your body and only go until a „comfortable“ stretch feeling.

    Super Workout.❤❤ Es hat mir einige Krämpfe in der linken Hüfte beschert 😂 und da merkt man erstmal wie unbeweglich man ist.

      Krämpfe sind immer ein Anzeichen dafür, dass genau da gearbeitet werden sollte. Also erst mal ein gutes Zeichen, dass die Übung für dich richtig ist. Versuche aber nichts zu forcieren und lockere zwischendurch das Bein aus.

    It would be easier to find this training, if the title would be including ,,workout''. With your level of workouts your canal should be more popular 🥰 I would suggest to adjust few things like title, print etc. Thank you for this mobility session 😇
