- Em Abril de 1997, e na véspera da banda sair para uma turnê no Japão, Lou Gramm, vocalista da Banda Foreigner, foi diagnosticado com um tipo de tumor cerebral chamada craniofaringioma. Embora o tumor fosse benigno, a cirurgia resultou em danos a sua glândula hipófise. Além disso, o programa de recuperação tinha causado a Gramm excessivo ganho de peso e também afetou sua resistência e vóz, mesmo assim ele continuou a trabalhar com Jones ao longo de sua doença, e em 1999 Gramm estava de volta em turnê com Foreigner tocando em festivais de verão e pequenos mercados até o final de 2002.

Once again, I adore this man for his accomplishments before Foreigner, during and after. He fought his demons and won with the Lord's help and survived a deadly brain tumor. He has a wonderful book that tells all and a great read. Lou Gramm, you are a World Class Performer. WE love you.

For me it depence the feelings i have at that (moment(day) But i have days that waiting for a girl (and/or) I wan a know what love is, are my nr 1 and 2 love ballads. But anyway these songs always are standing high on my list... with all recpect for Kelly Hanssen. But nobody can replace Lou Gramm. Just such a shame that his voice never became the voice lou gramm ones had before lou gramm had this terible brain tumor. . Still Lou Gramm is doing to make a good singing performance, but never that amazing voice that Lou Gramm had.
