1976 AMC Jeep Cherokee Chief Commercial

Jeep Corporation was a wholly owned subsidiary of AMC. It was kept separate from AMC for product liability issues and concerns. The Cherokee Chief was the new body style of the 2 door Wagoner, it was restyled for 1974, it was based off the original design by Brooks Stevens for 1963

My 78 looks just like this. Orange w/black trim. We call it the great pumpkin. 20 years and 400k later it's been retired to life on the farm but still greatly loved

Had a 76 Cherokee loved it and kick myself for selling it best regret out all my vehicles

If it makes you feel any better, I kick myself for ever selling my 1991 Grand Wagoneer I bought new. It was the most expensive vehicle I ever bought (inflation adjusted) a real luxury vehicle...sold it aftr only two years. I totally regret it.
