We're trying to find rare films and upload them here. Occasionally, you might find a really crappy cell phone video of one of my cars. That's not the norm, but I can't resist sometimes. If you don't like a specific car, it's style, quality or performance....that's your opinion and I ask you to keep it to yourself. I realize many people here think they are experts, but I hate seeing myths created or moved forward. No vulgar or profane language please, that gets you blocked too, kids are watching this too you know.

The VW Rabbit was technically more expensive than the Granada when they were equipped with similar accessories. The base Rabbit at $2999 was so stark, it didn't even have disc brakes. the slightly upgraded version, $296 for the performance package and $204 for the deluxe int...

Who in their right mind would think hiring Mickey Rooney as a spokesperson or a person to represent your product was a good thing? This is painful to watch. One the the Hammiest Actors on the planet, a self absorbed guy totally overtakes the product. Did anyone even know what this product did? The special effects of using a Matchbox No. 31 Lincoln Continental with a hose spewing smoke is so che...

I've had 3 of these over the years. Great machines! Top 5 of their time. Thats saying alot when you consider there were over 200 brands
I'll take a quick trip down to my local Chevy dealer to check out the new '65s. Maybe order a new Impala!
Pretty sure I saw a 59 there at the end
So glad I found this ad, I remember the one girl and thought it was so funny
We have a 1970 C10 with the 350 / 350 combination. With conservative driving it regularly attains 17.1 mpg hauling a load of hay at 50mph. Simple truck. No computers or electronic anything except transistor radio. Surprised to see that it does have a circuit board for instrument panel like our 1984 S10 p/u. Full size bed, no dumb double cab like modern trucks. We haul stuff for farm & work not people! Best $450 Memorial day garage sale purchase ever! Have had to rebuild trans. & rewire charging circuit under hood. We replaced rubber fuel line with steel line we made ourselves to carburetor that someone had routed over the hot exhaust manifold!
A classic commercial, from a bygone Era!
As someone born in '74 I always thought this comparison was odd because GM copied itself so many times over that the '75 Seville was almost archetypally GM while everything about the Granada's design details screams Fomoco.
Actually Pure marketed its fuels and lubricants in eighteen Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest states.
I don't believe they are in 18 states anymore, but probably 6 to 8 states. I saw they now offer again a Pure Gas Credit card.
The Volkswagen air-cooled flat-four engine was versatile; in addition to powering the original Beetle, it was also used in SCCA Formula Vee racing, ultralight aircraft and industry.
One of the toughest pickups, ever made! International knows trucks!
Real stunt ?
I can't believe they have not brought these back! Or have they? I live in a small town.
My '68 Barracuda fastback is powered by a 400 based stroker 512 stroker with Trick Flow heads, backed by an A833 4 speed manual. Plymouth won me over! ❤
Would you happen to have the 1976 Acadian car commercial promoted by Donny & Marie Osmond? It was aired in Canada.
sorry, no, I post what I have, if it's not here, I don't have it
Had one. Now. I. Cryyy. For it everyday......
Had a 610 auto trans with the T Handle. You could not kill that engine. Loved everything about it. Wish I had it today.
Houston, TX lost this icon on the top of what's now the JP Morgan Chase Bank building 50 years ago this year.
There is no doubt that a lot of actors get their start doing car commercials. All very young and looking for work. I've seen Robert de Niro, Richard Dreyfuss, Tom Selleck, Gary burghoff just to name a few 👍
Another of Sean Connery's foreign flicks.

Would have been nice to see a Rambler or Ambassador
In the Midwest, it would be a Standard (Indiana) station to get the globe.
Dreyfus trying to play the boss of anything bigger than a donut is a pipedream.
eventho i quit amoking, i love to hear that jingle part with the cowboys seen , you get alot to likie with a marlboro, filter ,flavor pack or box amazing how i can still watch all the cigarette commercials even after qiutting doing it.
I had a '79 silver with the Corinthian Leather seats. It was a very good car, except I wrecked it 3 times when I was 19. So it got 10+ years of service and a bit over 130k miles. I also had a '76 Charger and the results were the same; years, mileage, and accidents!
In 1988, my Grandpa picked up one of these with about 30,000 miles for $1500. Same color, same size, same headlight config as we see here. Amazing vehicle in many ways.
How much cat food does it eat or how many people does it eat?
En Argentina ese modelo con ese frente apareció en 1972.
My first car. I loved it but it was a pain in the ass to maintain. Luckily, I had a friend in college that was a Porsche - Audi mechanic or I would have trashed it. Now I have a 25 year old Camry, great car!
this has been a report from shell.

The front grill definitely had the 70's look about it. My godfather had a 72 Newport, 2 dr, 383 2-brl carb (Holley 750 if I remember correctly). Gold exterior, green fabric inside. He ripped off the stock tires and had Michelin steel belted radials installed, kinda rare in those days. He would go to some lodge meetings 100 miles away and return late at night. He said he kept a constant 100 mph on the way back with 3 other men in the car. He could've gone 120 mph or more but the car couldn't handle the tight highway curves beyond 100 and didn't want to push it. I recall a 2 ft gap between the grill and the front of the rad, that showed how much room there was. In order to unscrew the air filter cover you had to lie down on your stomach across the grill/bumper/radiator and stretch your arm out to finally unscrew the wingnut. Lots of room to work on the engine. One of the better cars he'd ever owned. Talk about a land yacht. You could seat 4 abreast adults comfortably in the back seat.
These Chryslers aren't really land yachts.....if they can go 100 mph safely. They were designed to be road cars with fairly firm suspensions. They didn't exhibit the floating ride of true land yachts like Lincolns and Caddys and Buicks and Oldsmobiles that floated and drifted on the road. Chrysler were used by some Police Departments because of there strong road car handling. As for as the air cleaner, it's way easier to reach it from the left or right side of the car, a shorter reach.
I'd drive it 🤩
That's why I own a 2005 GT!

4 seaters were ahead of there time
