Having just ridden Blue Flash for the first time a couple weekends ago, seeing that footage of a loop even smaller than the one I had just ridden makes me shiver. I am not one to shy away from riding anything at least one time, but I would have to question my sanity before getting on that thing.
What was Blue Flash like? It certainly looks like it's capable of breaking a bone or two ha ha :)
@@coasterbot Blue Flash is, by far, the scariest ride I have ever ridden. The friends I were with rode it multiple times. I rode it one time. It was way too rough for me to go again.
Those Pinfari loopers are bad enough for those tiny loops 🤣 no idea why but they just freak me out!
@@ScrewyLoops I haven't ridden a Pinfari Looper that I wanted to re-ride. However, I would chose to re-ride a Pinfari Looper instead of taking another ride on Blue Flash. Ha ha.

Nemesis is one of the few rides that made me actually grey out you feel punch drunk by the time it's over. I often laugh that 13 is classed as a phycological coaster when wicker Man is more phycological

Rita, in the back seat, subjected to 4.7g and about being blasted about 46 thousand miles into the stratosphere on the airtime hills
I'd genuinely say Rita is the most intense coaster in the park! 🙂👍
@@ScrewyLoops Rita always takes me by surprise, we went this year with some people who were not experienced with roller coasters and didn't want to ride it so we went on without them because the queue was short, telling them "It's really not that bad, you'd be fine". Upon getting off we told them "No it's probably for the best you didn't go on it.."
I also prefer the figure of eight track over going up a big hill and then coming down a big hill.
Not to mention the fact that not all of Steel Vengeance's records are even true. Apparently, Cedar Point forgot about The Voyage and The Ultimate when claiming they had the longest hybrid.

I live near dollywood, and I'm extremely lucky to have ridden the lightning rod twice, and it is a pretty good coaster, the quadruple down at the end is great

Most intense ride experience is every Vekoma SLC ever.
Also, I'm pretty sure they reprofiled Tower of Terror so it only pulls ~4.5Gs.

Nemesis was living up to the rusty signage, indicating most intense ride, on the Thursday night and Friday last week 🙌 , back row was reserved as per, 2nd back row still nearly pulled the skin of my face....

Video Idea: The Impossible Quiz: Coaster Edition
I never even knew that "Flight of the Himalayan Eagle Music Roller Coaster" coaster even existed, let alone that it was a junior B&M hyper. Now there's four in all: one in China, one in Japan, one in Georgia U.S.A. and one in Montreal Quebec Cana
Nemesis hurt my ears due to a medical issue, but I overlooked that for the intense ride where I was blessed to have tried every row, after which the ride ops let me chose my favourite row: The back I got my fill of Nemesis and whilst it's not my favourite ride (even in the park) I appreciate it and enjoyed what it had to offer. As for Thirteen: It was merely mysterious coming backwards out of a tunnel after the track drop and not being able to see where that was. The Smiler is my favourite ride at Alton Towers, perhaps the best coaster in the U.K. along with Icon and Megaphobia, but I have to admit I've never ridden Megaphobia. Tell Megaphobia guy to ride El Toro or The Voyage in The U.S.
Karnan is better than The Smiler, similar (but different) to how Helix is better than Icon. As for RMC: Steel Vengeance, Zadra and Iron Gwazi are the three biggest, (they're all considered to be either hybrid or steel).
Let's not forget that when it comes to Cedar Points records: Max XL-200 has a drop of only 194'. I can't speak for anyone else, but to me drop is more important that height. I'll bet C.P. wishes Arrow built Magnum six feet higher, (it's only six feet!) so they could REALLY own having six coasters with drops 200' or more. Also: Wicked Twister can only raise guests 200' higher than the launch twice in the back two rows and only once the front row. Great video; that's for posting!

They deserve their places on this list, but it was 3 in a row from the same park.
Inverted Coaster 1 looks too intense for me.
Love me so 90's B&M's. My fave being the original Hulk and the Dueling Dragons at Uni IOA. Also Kumba at BGT is another one I really dig. I would LOVE to get over to Europe and get my Arse on Nemesis!

That ride opening in 2023 looks absolutely insane!
I don't even think it would be safe or even real since 1, it defies the laws of physics, 2, it would reach the heights of a mountain, and 3, people would probably die dew to the sheer intensity and the top speed in the tunnel
Just so you know: steel vengeance does NOT have the most inversions on a hybrid. That one is on untames with 5 inversions
My most mad ride experience was me on shockwave at Drayton manor scared for the family jewels and if I was ever gonna get kids in the future.
