Love this home, would have a shower in the master, the laundry in the closet is Great. If you need another laundry put it in the garage. Beautiful home😊
For me, the master bedroom would have a shower, and the 2nd bedroom would have a bathtub . Also, I would like a separate laundry room. I do love it, though.

I don't like the Refrigerator Space. Would prefer it to be open above and on one side so that you are not restricted to a small range of sizes. Open on the top and one side would allow for you to select the "Best Size" for you but when you leave / sell, it would also allow the new owners to select the BEST SIZE for them too! Flexibility is valuable.

I find it quite odd to not have a shower in the master bathroom. I was excited to see a smaller more affordable place. Nice work but,you have to have a shower.

As much as I love the size and everything of this build i absolutely do not like the high ceilings. Especially down in the south make it too hard to keep cold and too hard to keep warm if it does get cold
See his previous videos on this subject. These are very cost efficient. More so than a traditional home.
I love high ceilings. Ceiling fans push warm air down in winter.
Yes, and 6" sealed foam insulation under the roof... You're in an ice box/ cooler but better! There'll be NO PROBLEMS keeping the whole house comfy!

No shower in the master bathroom or did you just not show it? I thought a closet was needed to call a room a bedroom? Or is it just an egress window needed for a bedroom? I don't understand the thought process of no centrally located bathroom. You have guests over for dinner or whatever and they have to go into a bedroom to use the bathroom? smh
