You don't need a big budget to scare an audience. Really well done. Editing, shots, lighting, location. Even the makeup. A continuous feeling of unease and viewing through the fingers ride.
After marriage every man becomes a family man and their friends hate it. Here the wife is many steps ahead and made him a devil.
LOL!! It's so rare to catch an innovative, frightening horror flick. This was a tense, stressful ride into the abyss. Loved the teapot sound effect. Great script, cast. Hats off to the entire crew.

Now this is how you make a horror film. The build-up was great because you didn't know when it was going to happen, and when it did, the pay-off was well worth it.
This film was phenomenal and it's now one of my favorite shorts 🙏 Horror films play out very well when you have that one friend that never listens and everyone winds up dead! ☠️
Mitch, Josh, and Trent were friends. Josh needs to realize that he is not the center of all his male friends' lives, and Trent needs to pick his friends more carefully. I knew Josh was trouble from the very start of this short film. If somebody ghosts you for 6 months, then please take a hint. 🤣

Love the camera work and editing. Clever focus on cardboard masks in the window, the photos with eyes scratched out, the cuts between living room and bedroom. Well done!

I genuinely appreciate good horror...its like an escape...more like therapy! The hidden scriptic mesaages, hidden meanings, sounds, screenplay!! Makes me realise ..how much of an art it is to make a spine chilling short film
But i also know....
Creating horror is difficult....

Beautifully tense direction, and I loved the gradual insight into the "cult" or whatever it was that Mitch had joined, while leaving us aching to know more.
The amount of suspense was fantastic especially with all the silence! I gasped out loud when the second demon charged out of the dark room!
I really had to search this one to find it again. It left such a great impression the first time. Still impressed after the second viewing. This should be a complete movie.

Oh wow! Screamfest, this is my favorite short film to date. Halloween flicks have always been a little on the special side for me. But this shit is ridiculous. I absolutely love this film and found it to be "top of the line" as far as the disturbing level. I also think I hollered out at least ten times. And people are asleep here...lmao. Way to go, Screamfest!

I almost fell off my bed watching this, my heart is beating out of my chest lol. When they went in the house and seeing all the red lamps and then that weird book, I knew that their friend and his new wife were up to something weird or possibly evil. When I first read the title "Converted" I thought oh ok someone decided to go down another path of religion. I was so wrong, and this story had me so shocked and surprised at what I saw at the end! This had such amazing graphics, and the atmosphere was so creepy not knowing what the hell was going to happen, loved this!
OMG I just can’t get enough of screamfest horror shorts....short yes, but u end up watching another and another and so on. 😍

This was a gr8 change...let’s u know, we all grow -up and some of us will be lead down a dark and dangerous path...morale of this story is... when u reach adulthood and start a family: every person In Ur group must realize , things will change, some for the good, some for the bad...gr8 story gr8 cinematography, gr8 FX, gr8 acting...kudos to all that worked on this project. Oh lighting was also gr8. I enjoyed the take on a Michael Myers “Halloween”, 🎃 theme song...and the deep dark and low notes for the tension scenes. U did know the notes were the only difference of ur theme song...tempo was a mirror of “Halloween”...
