Penal Reform Solutions and Black Arts Media created this film in collaboration with the Growth Team at HMP Hewell. The Growth Team are a group of passionate staff and residents who want to promote personal and organisational growth in prisons. It is part of the The Growth Project, which focuses on transforming prison culture, to reduce social harm and promote social good, including residents, staff, families and communities in the change process. This work was part of a broader Innovation Project with HMPPS, to raise awareness of Service User Involvement and the benefits that it brings. We hope you enjoy it.
