Several Thousands from different countries auditioned and a few dozen get picks to be trainees. Every monthly evaluations , someone is getting kick out of the program if they don't progress and get better. After 3- 6 years of training a few get to be debuted. Gotta be rough training and mentally stress for those years of training since they don't know when will they get booted out of the group. This group was training for 3-6 depending which individual then they debuted in 2024.

I get comparing them to blackpink. They are YG. But no idea how people compare them with other groups. They kill everyone. They just won an award over Jennie from blackpinks new colab. And then think the majority are still under 18. Chiquita only 15. Give them a few more years as long as YG looks after them they will only get better.

BabyMonster releases their songs at midnight Korea time and by time the Koreans wake up BabyMonster has burned down the competition to own the market. They release at that time because of so many Korean haters who: 1. have been dominated by YG artists GG for the past 15 years and are going to be dominated for another 15 years with both BabyMonster & Blackpink at the same time. 2. thought that BM was going to be a group like New Jeans (kids bop) only to find out they are a combination of 2NE1 & Blackpink with their own skills. 3. They were pissed off that their favorite new IT girl Ahyeon was not in the group for their first 6 months (returned on this song/album). 4. they are a global group, not a Korean group and there are alot of people there who do not like anybody who is not Korean (Lisa Blackpink still gets racist hate for not being Korean) and BM has only 3 of the 7 from Korea.
