Thanks for rearranging your schedule for all this👍👍. So I was completely blown away by Sheesh! My expectations were exceeded after watching the teasers! So creative, so original, so captivating, just so good! Notice the two cochlea (spiral ear canals) on the walls behind rapping Ahyeon and Ruka, and also that they “rev” the two dirt bikes on the side walls during Asa’s amazing rap! Good catch, not 5 (YG’s 1st announced member), not 7 (members), but 10 out of 10 (score/flex)! “Boom boom pow”…Black Eyed Peas perchance? “Rum pum pum pum” à la f(x)? They ARE on a roll…Rolls-Royce Ghost that is! As you said, the outro was so cool…Adams Family/haunted house/etc. Notice the spooky music? They all slayed! AHYEON IS BACK. I AM SO HAPPY.
My liking parts in this song are these 3 parts, the eerie begining verse (Rora/Pharita/Chiquita), the chantliked bridge (Rora/Rami), and the B-A-B-Y-M-O-N whispering spell outtro, because their vocals abilities alone made me got chilled. Apart from fabulous rap trios, grand and powerful pre-chorus, and catchy "sheesh" hooks, the said 3 creepy medieval gothic vibe verses made the song so much special and stoodout from light and sweety KPOP majority songs nowaday.
It's phenomenal.

Sheesh is a real blast. Love it. My favourite is still Batter Up. Silvergun was the choreographer for Batter Up and she really pushed the girls as professional dancers at a much higher level of complexity than Bada Lee for Sheesh. Choreography in Sheesh did present very well but rather quite simple. As Bada Lee is quite new to Baby Monster she probably did not realise that Baby Monster girls are talented professional dancers and not your typical idol that can't execute the moves that a professional dance troupe can.
You have to listen to the full version of i'm ready by chunga, that is incredible, the best performance and song in this year

For those unfamiliar w/ the members, the following is what I know about them; the founder is the same as the one of BlackPink, YG Entertainment, & they were chosen through very strict auditions---Chiquita, 14yo!! from Thailand who adores Lisa of BlackPink, Ruka, 21, & Asa, 17, from Japan, & the rest of 4 was selected from Korea. The CEO may well be aiming at the next BlackPink in the not-too-long-distant future. But the command of their English may seem to be another factor for the international fame?, & also their Japanese would be next consequential component to their success, cuz Japan is next to the US in terms of financial reward. Twice & Le Sserafim are extremely popular & have been earning a great deal in Japan owing to the presence of Japanese members. Not only they had held many concerts but the appearance on Japanese TV shows w/ high frequency inclusive of the guest participants in that famous Japanese game shows. In addition, their CDs have been selling much more in Japan than anywhere else in the world. Actually, there are 2 Thai (Chiquita or Canny 14 y.o., Pharita 18 y.o.), 2 Japanese (Asa 17 y.o., Ruka 21 y.o.) and the 3 Korean members (Rora 15 y.o., Ahyeon 16 y.o. and Rami "formerly Haram" 16 y.o.). It's not totally wrong but you have to check it again 😊

Guys, thanks for your reaction. I'm listening to your comments, as I have over the past 3 days as I listen to upwards of 100 reactions, and I think no one is picking up on this. Yes, the entire video was fire! A banger. Their best thus far. But YG and his team of producers and writers are geniuses.
Why was Blackpink so big? Because of marketing. That is, at the beginning of each song they always sang "Blackpink in Your Area". It was catchy and we liked it. And if we didn't at first we grew to like it. They pump it in our ears at the beginning of every single MV. Then they drop a banger of a song and there's no way to forget Jenny, Jisoo, Rose' and Lisa.
Same here. In the beginning, Pharita said, and the captions read, "BABY I'mma MONSTER" and Ahyeon whispered it after her big note as well. Notice the spelling...with Baby and Monster in all caps, That's so if we're reading the lyrics we subliminally see there name. Even in the 1st chorus, Chiquita spelled out B-A-B-Y-M-O-N and they all said it again, each saying one letter, in the 2nd chorus. At the end they slowed it way down and spelled out in a whisper melodically, B-AB-YM-ON, tell a friend tell a friend tell a friend. Not once, but twice. Pure genius!
So they give us a banger of a song and pump their name into our brain through our cochlea (one of the rap lyrics) so we remember. Heck, I'll bet some of you will be saying sheesh over the next several days. lol I did. Thanks for your reaction. These kids worked hard to be this talented and you do them justice with your reactions. Thanks so much.
