You are exactly the prescription I needed. I have terminal cancer and I’ve started gardening to motivate me and give myself purpose. I’m trapped in government red tape, trying to keep a roof over my head and food in the fridge. Re: naked gardening day, it has literally become normal every day for me. Learning to be ok with my deteriorating body. I’ll keep watching and help as I can. Stay positive, enjoy the joy and keep smiling. Thank you!

I don't know if you do a theme word for the year or not. I couldn't decide on mine until the day after my husband passed in March. The Wordle puzzle the next day was "abide". So that is my 2024 word. I think yours could be resilience. You certainly demonstrate that.
