Joe it's so true, I keep my circles small too. I have suffered depression for many years and I learnt a long time ago that you can only rely on yourself in the end. I think it’s important to know where food comes from. Especially regarding the animal. I let my daughter experience a bit of rural life with family. They were slaughtering a pig. She was five and given job to keep the sheep away. She shared in her kindergarten class. Her teacher went off on me for letting her observe such a violent act. I just explained we eat meat. When I was younger there was not so much processed food as there is now and biggest supermarket was a small co op. We had to process our chickens and ducks. I helped to take the feathers off. We all knew where our food came from and my Dad grew all our vegetables. We were also so much healthier mentally and physically.

Beds are looking great Joe but listen to your body and take it easy for a few days. The weather is rubbish everywhere in the UK at the minute so I wouldn’t break your back trying to get it done as nothing is growing without sunshine. I shifted a load of manure the other day (nothing on your scale though) and I couldn’t move my arms for 2 days😅😅 take care. Deb in wet and windy Yorkshire
