I don’t know why you would be from a playing stand point. He does t make anybody miss when he runs the ball which is why he only averages about 2 yards a carry. 2 million dollars for a “feel good” doesn’t make the team any better. Just my opinion.

Has it honestly improved though? You’ll likely have two rookies starting week 1. I have more faith in Beebe being better than Biadasz this season but it may take Guyton longer and may never get to Tyron’s level even now being 33

@@Deftoner334Tyron was an a+ pass protector but mid in the run game last season. Guyton could easily be a better run blocker year one. However, inside run with beebee, Martin and smith I love. Outside run to the right of Steele returns to form would be deadly as well.
Both tackles will be suspect in pass protection so Dak will have to read the pressure well which he can

We don't owe him anything. Dead money is an accounting measure against the cap. It's literally just whatever signing bonus money was not previously accounted for prior to a player's release or trade.
Whenever you hear about a player's contract being restructured, this is typically what they mean. They're converting a player's base salary Into a signing bonus so that they can lower the player's cap hit that year and move that cap hit into the future.

HE BARELY PLAYED in the beginning of season, the Patriots were not a good team at all as well.

huh? Total yards are a result of carries. It was 4.1 per for Rico, 3.5 for Zeke.
Zeke had almost 100 more carries than Dowdle, but Zeke was less efficient as a runner than Dowdle.
