Love your content and recently got into it after deciding to rebuild. I am in a 12 team superflex and our draft if auction based. I have the 5th most money this year and have accumulated 4 1sts in 2025, two of which have solid chances at the 1.1 and the other two are playoff contending teams. The question, I am a few years from relevant and my two remaining QBs are Howell and Young. Do I try to snag RBs in the draft for cheap and trade them off later to further improve my capital, or get into a bidding war for QBs like everyone else? I feel people will not get excited about the backs and maybe I can sneak in while everyone else is splurging on QBs and MHJ/Nabers
I honestly don’t mind the quantity over quality approach if you’re not getting a top-5 player in the draft. It doesn’t necessarily have to be RBs either, you could snag a couple of Xavier Worthy’s/BTJ’s/Ja’Tavion Sanders/etc with a couple of these RBs that could gain value.
@DynastyLeagueFootball I appreciate the reply. Auction drafting creates a unique twist that is very difficult to plan for. You have no idea what to expect and have to come in with a few different approaches and pivot on the fly. This coming draft, five people have all the capital and the rest sold out to win. I have the 1.2 and ended up with the fifth most money. Tough situation to draft from so I feel a strong urge to go off of value for the money vs spurging on one piece.
Yeah, I’ve never been in a league with auction rookie drafts but I like the approach you’re looking at and I think you’re going to be able to crush it!
Lloyd is gonna rocket up draft boards, hell be a top 3 rb off the board come draft season
How would you rank B. Allen to Zach Charbonnet as draft a prospect?
As a prospect, Charbonnet is better
I think Braelon Allen would have looked much different if he played for BAMA or Georgia- Wisconsin SUX
Love, love, love your take on Braelon Allen! Totally agree with your take!
🔥🔥🔥
With Wright playing in a 3 man committee at Tennessee, I think his upside is higher than most.
i have 2 first round picks this year and need a true rb1 should i trade for kyren or hold the picks and wait for achane to win the rb1 job in miami and hope keaton mitchell recovers well im torn because i love keaton and think he will develop well and obviously achane has all the potential to be cj2k i just dont know if he will do it this year
i also have 2 3rd round picks so i could get one of these guys there
What firsts are they?
@@DynastyLeagueFootball 4 and 9
I’m ok trading 1.09 for Kyren ASSUMING he survives the draft and free agency.
I wouldn’t be hardcore looking to trade for a RB now until after free agency and the draft because a lot of the landscape of RB can change from now to then. You don’t need to set a lineup for another 8 months, so you don’t need to worry about your lineup till then.
Lets be honest, all these guys as ive said in other videos are almost locked into round 2 and round 3 rookie drafts. No one is gonna crack round one unless the landing spot is astounding. There are very few ideal landing spots for these guys and you have to be patient with all of them.
Freaky dynasty year for backs. All the top backs have some sort of issue. RB- Jonathon Brooks, Texas (ACL tear), Braelon Allen, Wisconson (least receiving upside), Trey Benson, Florida State (injury history), Bucky Irving, Oregon (smallish). May load up on WR's early...my backs aren't bad in any case.
They’re all going to end up rookie second rounders unless someone gets a fantastic landing spot in the first two rounds.
Bucky is gonna produce the most fantasy wise year one
Would you hold Jackson Smith Njigba or trade
Depends what you’re trading him for
personally I'm holding but depends on what you can get and your needs are, he did well behind 2 starters in a slot role, compared to addison and flowers who were immediately starters on their teams he wasn't too far in production
@@ericlawn4502Addison would have had 14 tds if Kirk didn’t snap his Achilles
@user-crj I don't disagree, kirk has been the man for years, which puts into questioning who is the seahawks answer at qb
Nice vague question.
Tyrone Tracey rb1
B Allen looks like Tarzan but plays like Jane
Huh?

Ben Johnson is the oc of Detroit not Washington.
I recorded before the news broke he’s not leaving Detroit. Looked like a sure fire thing until that report came out
@@DynastyLeagueFootball Never assume 😂
Corum doesn't have good contact balance and he rarely makes defenders miss. Those two traits will severely limit his upside. He's a JAG in the NFL.
funny because Corum’s whole profile is based on very good contact balance and being able to make dudes miss in space. He’s lacking size and breakaway speed. If you’re gonna criticize him at least criticize the right stuff cmon lol
@@FattyWhaleThing His grades on yards after contact and making tacklers miss are among the lowest in the NCAA. Other than not being aware of those facts, your response was very interesting.
Are we talking this year or prior to injury?

Ray Davis is 25?? No way he turns into something if he does he's a huge outlier
It’s all about opportunity 🤷♂️
