What surprises me is how often Wyatt acts and reacts somewhat rationally while also tripping absolute balls. Like in the beginning he’s clearly off his rocker when Anya is speaking but creates an entire infiltration plan. Even his Venus plan makes a good amount of sense. As long as you only read the *bold print* and get rid of everything else.
I love how 1/3 of the way through the game he just gets high on LSD and is just tripping balls for the rest of the game and everyone else is just like, "okay" : |
31:30 this was the exact moment Probst Wyatt III manifested his stand Ich bin überall. With the ability to power to collapse light and sound, as evidenced by the in-game camera.
Wyatt's special because he's the only one to go through a character arc across both games, from nervous greenhorn to embittered veteran to symbol of the free world.
Unrelated, but I love how during the Birthday party, Shoshana (set's pet cat/monkey) runs away disgusted after horton try to give her his homemade moonshine, and after that, she's *very* interested in tasting the various remains of cake, alcohol and whatever eslse mixed with stomach acid that set just hurled in the bocal.

@Conceptional Trailers I know but there's no point it'd not like it was the next game in the series or anything it's literally just a spinoff that takes place almost 20 years after new colossus idk what everyone's issue is

I absolutely hate what they did with his character in New Colossus. His entire character arc in New Order was about him facing challenges that he was not ready or equipped for, struggling with his guilt over his failures and managing to overcome it and instead of feeling like he relied on others, learning that he can work with them. In New Colossus it's like the writers didn't know what the fuck to do with an existing resistance leader when they want to introduce a scooby gangs of new ones, so they pulled a Finn and reset his character arc back to guilty and insecure kid - only this time he's "copes" by becoming a drug addict comic relief because that's funny to these people.
@@P51foxpilot no they don't. New order lore has the soviets getting pushed far into Siberia before being anihilated. The reason Hortons got the Soviet party hat is because he's an unabashed communist
@@MrKZdemos with patologtv you can see every Wyatt dialogue in the game. Even the dialogue you could just walk away from. But it doesn’t have the Fergus timeline.
@@talosworshipper2693 your spelling makes no sense buddy. Plus, I'm not saying "hey you guys look how does nazis are equal/different with black people" Maybe you need some context here. In this game, it's ok to make fun to the nazi culture, because we all know that they were wrong. But guess what, there's also another reallity with the N word that I'm not allowed to say since I'm not a part of the "black people" culture. We all know that this word came from a really disgusting event like the traffic of people as slaves. But hey, this is a parody, and since parody is more related to dark comedy and a sathyrical way to show reallity, if the game has that perspective and include the use of that word, even if it is used between two "black people" characters, and they use the same perspective to show that reallity, my question would be about how this game would be considered? Am I clear enough? Because if you don't know, black people can say that word, but none else can. And reflecting that reallity ( which actually happen) would be considered historically correct or just "racist"?
Wyatt’s story takes a little more to wrap your head around than Fergus. Fergus is a tired soldier in a battle he slowly loses the stamina to fight, but keeps trucking on anyway (with a good bit of comedy thrown in). Wyatt is a kid thrown into doing what he calls “A man’s job”. Sad life, watching friends die, a constant painful ringing in his ear, and with a lot of weight on his shoulders no one wants to take off. So he resorts to drugs. Which admittedly has some funny outcomes, but it’s pretty sad the deeper you look into it.
@@grapplesauce9939 but after his final trip where he sees the multiverse and sees the Fergus timeline he cleans up and becomes the face and voice of the 2nd American revolution
Wyatt in the new order: Literally a scared kid
Wyatt in the new colossus: Drug addict with a little addition of philosophy
