It's actually incredible to me that they worked in the character detail that BJ is the gentle and patient parent while Anya is hard and gives no quarter. Makes sense. BJ spends all of his time in conflict and bloodshed so he seeks peace and patience with his girls. Anya had to passively watch as patient after patient gets dragged out of her care and then she fought in America while pregnant with the twins. She lived always on edge even in the quiet moments because she knows that's when she's most vulnerable. For everything else the game does wrong, I like that they get that right.

Well, that story was a complete disappoinment. I expect the twins to break hell loose in Paris. And that ending was underwhelming. Got hyped by the concept of the Terror Twins and the 80s, my bad I guess.
This could have been such a god game, why did they have to make the twins so goddamn cringey and annoying. Could have been 2 badass gals slowly learning the pain, suffering, and commitment their father had to humanity. It could have culminated with them following in their fathers footsteps and killing hitler himself, or putting the nazis on the defensive. The whole plot is shit, and has just ruined the franchise.
Jesus they clearly have no idea of story-telling. Doing a flashback in the middle of the game where it makes no sense at all. Like at least in movies like Memento you know why and it actually raises the tension. Here it ruins it.

Thanks for the video, I refunded this game because I didn't like the changes to gameplay with "RPG shooting", level ups, overly bullet spongy enemies etc. I watched this whole thing and it seems I didn't miss out much on the story either. Hopefully we'll get a mainline Wolf 3 that continues with the classic gameplay. Not everything needs to be filling bars and leveling up shit.

Yes, these new Wolfenstein games are fantastic when it comes to languages. They hire actual native speaker actors. German, Polish, French, you name it. I think only Hebrew has been a bit awkward, according to Jews.
The game was pretty good, but the girls went through the learning curve that William went through WAYYYY too quickly. Like in the first mission, they talk about how queasy one of them is about killing a nazi, yet only moments later, when one asks the other why she doesn't go hunting with William, she responds saying she doesn't hunt animals, only nazis.
So not only did this game create it's own version of the multi - verse but it's all but confirming that wolfenstein 3 is going to center around killing Hitler and fully liberating America since I doubt wolfenstein 3 will take place after this game in the 1980's

I played this game in online co-op. The first times were like an initiation ritual. A ritual to get used to the incredible framerate loss during combat, the absurd enemy spawn that occurs everywhere( also behind you even if there is just a wall) as soon as you blow up your cover, the lag that makes enemy teleport everywhere around you, and that's only to name a few issues in this game. Also, remember the platform that goes up to take you to the final boss? For some reason as soon as it started moving i went right through it while my friend went up with it and i basically got stucked in an invisible floor while he had to fight his was alone to the top. This happened EVERY TIME. The only way we got past that part was for him to somehow survive until the top where you get a checkpoint and then reset everything so that i could spawn alongside him at the top of the tower. It could have been a good co-op game but these issues ruined the experience a bit. We still liked that though.

Henry Carmichael Killing hitler is almost 100% going to be the centrepiece of wolfenstein 3, youngblood is a side-title just like old blood was, so it doesn’t have to strictly apply to the same setting or conventions as the main titles
MrKingjordan eh, set dying for instance was pretty much guaranteed since he was already old in the New order and colossus, and youngblood is another 20 years after, while avoiding showing Max and Wyatt/Fergus doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll die. While a bit anticlimactic that Hitlers death by BJ’s hand is made all but certain in youngblood, i see it more as something to hype us up for 3, since aside from Hitler dying we don’t actually know how, when or even where it went down, or what bigass superweapon was activated upon his death - although it’s likely it’s the sonn-gewher TLDR: They did sort of jump the gun when they decided the setting should be after the last main title before it’s even out

I have game pass on my Xbox do I tried Wolfenstein for the first time and I absolutely loved it! It was my favorite game then I played Wolfenstein 2 and I loved that game too! And then Youngblood came out, I played it with my heart full with love from the other games and it wasn’t good, it emotion was off, the dialogue was off and even gameplay was off. It hurt to see my favorite game get a bad squeal.

MrKingjordan eh, set dying for instance was pretty much guaranteed since he was already old in the New order and colossus, and youngblood is another 20 years after, while avoiding showing Max and Wyatt/Fergus doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll die.
While a bit anticlimactic that Hitlers death by BJ’s hand is made all but certain in youngblood, i see it more as something to hype us up for 3, since aside from Hitler dying we don’t actually know how, when or even where it went down, or what bigass superweapon was activated upon his death - although it’s likely it’s the sonn-gewher
TLDR: They did sort of jump the gun when they decided the setting should be after the last main title before it’s even out

No wonder why BJ ran away. If I had a daughters like these two, I would've disowned them without hesitation. This is probably the first Wolfenstein in which I wanted to play as the Nazis.
The Wolfenstein series is sacred to me. I pray that this game was just the bad idea of some new creative director that they unfortunately listened to, and that this gameplay does not find its way into the third main installment.

I have game pass on my Xbox do I tried Wolfenstein for the first time and I absolutely loved it! It was my favorite game then I played Wolfenstein 2 and I loved that game too! And then Youngblood came out, I played it with my heart full with love from the other games and it wasn’t good, it emotion was off, the dialogue was off and even gameplay was off. It hurt to see my favorite game get a bad squeal.

You could've gone anywhere with the story and developed additional interesting,
and likeable (maybe even somewhat relatable) characters but instead you did the opposite;

Very interesting take on Beavis and Butthead. Never , in my wildest dreams , have i imagined a not funny versions of Beavis and Butthead , killing nazis. 2/10 story , 3/10 game.
