I went to Howlin Ray's because of this episode and holy shit it was good. I got a chicken sando "hot" and it was great, and just because I'm a masochist, I got 2 "howlin" wings. Holy shit they are not kidding about the spice level. I can eat habenero peppers like they're popcorn, but the howlin wings makes your entire body hot.
I was walking around Chinatown a couple years ago when visiting LA, at the time sweet chick in NYC was already a favorite, but I see this random line going out and around the corner, decided to wait in it for well over an hour and that’s when i found my new favorite chicken (and waffles) EVER, at Howlin Rays
