I have been using the snoop dogg recipe since I saw this video 2years ago, with a few changes like actually putting the orange juice in the brine after it cooled and also leaving the chicken in seasoned butter milk for a few hours. Amazing ❤️

The over night brine was genius. Flavor penetrates the whole chicken. It MUST HAVE been the most flavorful. I'm getting tired of dry bland chicken from restaurants. Quality has diminished at so many places so I think a lot of homemade recipes are required now.
