The Les Clefs d’Or. Pronounced “lay clay door” - Gold Keys - are the symbol of an elite concierge organisation of just 4,000 (circa) members world-wide. There are just 520 are members in the USA where there are more than 20,000 normal hotel concierges! - they are mostly employed at four- and five-star hotels.
