- Casper (1995) was a pretty cutesy kids "scary" movie, even though it has more than a few plot holes. Tune in as I cover a Casper movie theory about the ghosts of Whipstaff Manor!

My theory with Casper was always he felt guilty for causing his father's death in some way. Like his dad drove himself to death trying to bring back Casper. This is a very interesting take on the story as well.
A very good theory! Casper did say that his dad had hollered for him to come in from sledding but he wouldn't listen. He was having so much fun that he ignored him. I wonder if Casper felt guilty about his dad ending up committed in the mental hospital because of his intentions to resurrect him?
He said he got sick then his dad got sad there was some kind of blame, theres the bottle at the end and partials it made me think it had been used but it makes me wonder cause casper is still a kid so did he not get brought back. With all the partial bottles couldnt they be all added together to make another full bottle to bring casper back
@@michaelfritz8725 to be exact he died of pneumonia
Yeah but... where is his father ghost? It surely looks like he would have unfineshed bussines too.
I am just going to say this now. Human Casper is cute.
omg SOOOO hot! Which is weird to say now, but the actor was like several years older than me when the movie came out, so my crush wasn't creepy then, lol!
@@TheFangirlWatches According to a wiki on Casper's father, he never completed the machine, because he was arrested by the local authorities took him away and put him in an insane asylum, were he died. I am guesing.
He was handsome. I what he would look like if he was alive growing up.
The Actor is Devin Sawa. He was pretty cute in the 90s.
Ikr 😍
“Didn’t Casper die five years ago?”
“Why yes, he’s doing much better now.”
*iconic*
When I saw this movie as a kid I thought his unfinished business was that he didn't have friends his age. If I remember right (and I might not; it's been a while since I've seen it), he commented on being lonely a few times in the movie and that's what my little kid brain thought. But your theory is poignantly sad and I appreciate you sharing it with us.
Thank you for coming to watch! I’m so glad you liked it, and, yeah, I have to admit this theory is SO sad for such a light, quirky movie - but it does seem to fit fairly well. Even it Casper did want to make friends his own age, as soon as Kay liked him then Casper would have poofed away! T_T
I think that the trio are associates of Casper’s dad. Casper’s dad might be in heaven like Kat’s mom.
Well the trio are stated to be Casper’s uncles soooooooo yeah
@@FluttercordFOREVER now it's never really said how exactly they are related whether they are the dead Brothers of Casper's father or his mother is never really confirmed neither was it ever explains their unfinished business but I guess they get joy out of scaring people so they don't even bother trying to finish their unfinished business
@@williampulfer-melville8536 There’s a deleted scene where Casper shows Kat a picture of his uncles in their human forms, confirming their relation
@@leprechaunfarmer4081 really you have to send me the link

One problem I had with the movie was the ending, after the Halloween party it just ends with Casper and Kat dancing with each other and it just ends like that. I always thought the ending should have been Casper being able to be set free and cross over. So basically you’re telling me that after the movie ends he’s just going to be living in the mansion with cat and her dad for the rest of their days?? The movie should have ended with Casper being set free and being reunited with his father in the afterlife. I have a lot of problems with this movie but I still like it, it’s one of those movies I watch every Halloween and still enjoy despite its problems.
Not to mention that technically Dr. Harvey and Kat don't own the manor. They were only supposed to stay there until they got rid of Casper and his uncles for Carrington. Since she died and crossed over how would the Harveys be able to obtain her house legally?
Well there was cancelled sequel
There's still the serum in the other bottles, even if they were half empty...that's still better than nothing.
@@melissacooper4282 The Harveys bought the manor in the animated series
@@leprechaunfarmer4081 that's true and the Animated series raises so many questions to like the character of Casper's cousin Spooky like did he die also as a kid sometime after Casper died and is Spooky his actual name

😭 I nearly cry every time. 😂
As a kid: Awww, that's so sweet. He loves her!
As an adult: What does that mean?! Is he going to try and kill her?! Is he going to haunt her if she tries to leave him?! Can Kat never date now?! 😱
@@TheFangirlWatches completely agree! 😂👌🏼🥇Such a bizarre request.
Sounds sweet, but what does it mean! 😂
I like your critical thinking skills!
I think he definitely wants to haunt her. 😅😅
@@TheFangirlWatches also ingenuous theory! I’m here for it! 👻
I always thought Casper was just too far gone in regard to his memories after his father passed, likely at least 20 years after Casper’s death, causing Casper to forget his unfinished business, cursing him to forever haunt the earth.
Love your idea about Casper’s uncles and Father though, amazing ideas!
Can we do the same thing with the uncles? Casper meets wendy brings up that the men want love because they fall for the witches and their personalities suggest that by the end of the movie they do show they love their nephew they may not be blood but they do care in their own way.
@ULGROTHA maybe but it’s a task that deserves to happen Casper meets Wendy is my favorite Halloween movie
YES CASPER MEETS WENDY IS THE BEST ONE
Funny enough Kat is loosely based on Wendy believe it or not
@@williampulfer-melville8536 how
I had always thought that his father died before he was able to use the Lazarus Machine on Casper and Casper was unable to use the machine himself and either he didn't tell the Uncles about it or they didn't want to use it. But wouldn't that be his fathers own unfinished business.... plot convivence?
I believe that Casper's father never got the chance to use it on his son because he was declared insane and was committed in a mental institution. I also believe that the reason that he never came back as a ghost was because since Casper is already dead he probably thought that Casper would choose to cross over on account that maybe that was the reason Casper stayed behind.
Actually the father died in a mental institution, if you remember the scene where Cat and Casper found newspaper clippings.
I thought Maybe capers father was griving and just imagine Casper ghost being there or cause he believes in ghost that he made the machine but time moves differently in the land of the dead so when casper came back as a ghost the machine was done and his father was gone. Also can't remember if they actually said the machine was for casper cause maybe it was made for casper mother while he was alive.
They do show 3 vials of liquid - 1 has a little residue left, 1 is empty, and then there's the full one that's just sat there for like 100 years. Yup! That seems safe! But I wish the movie had touched on who used up the other vials.
I say that Casper came back as a ghost quickly. Carrington came back as a ghost less than five minutes after she had fallen off the cliff to her death.
The ghost rules implied if ghost have unfinished life or refused to move on or wants to claim to hold on what's precious to them the spirits rather choose pregotory instead achieving a afterlife
They really stressed the unfinished business part, because that's how they won over the ghost villain. If not, she could have chosen to stay whether she had unfinished business or not.
@@TheFangirlWatches that's what all the departed ones say
If Carrington hadn't got tricked into crossing over she would've been downright mad if she discovered that there was no treasure other than it was Caper mementos.
Hmm this is an interesting theory I’ll definitely think differently about this movie
The time period is confusing the house looks like its from the 1800s but Casper got his baseball autographed by duke snyder who started playing in 1947
I didn't catch the players name, but that's interesting!
I thought it was confusing because there was a picture of his father that looked like he was dressed in the early 1900s.
@@melissacooper4282 I noticed that to he doesn't look like he's from the 40s
This doesn't make even the least bit of sense. First off, the house and the family are from the 1800s. Second of all, Casper got sick and died as a CHILD. Explain to me, how does he have an *autographed *baseball from a player who didn't even START until 1947?!!
The interesting thing about this is that Casper never said that it was autographed FOR him, It's possible that he got it from someone who dropped it while exploring the manor or simply attended one of the baseball games as a ghost (I.e from afar, invisible, ect).
I think you might be wrong about the Stretch being Casper's dad, because in the tv series Casper's scare school Stinky is the one who usually invents stuff in it and it also appears to be that he and Casper have a closer relationship. You can find the tv series on CZcams, I forgot to mention there's also a movie too
Forgot Casper? Never, I had the puppets from Pizza Hut. Plus it was the original Ghost Busters reboot xD
Wow! I forgot about the Pizza Hut puppets! That's so cool you have them! But I remember the ones I got from The Land Before Time and Eureka's Castle (and the Fern Gully seeds, and the Darkwing Duck poster, and the Fivel Goes West cup with the giant cowboy hat, lol).
@@TheFangirlWatches lol talk about showing age, pizza hut was a sit down family place in our day! xD Another great video! Keep up the excellent work
I’ve always wondered this about Casper and The Ghostly Trio! Do a video about the trio’s unfinished business! I also wondered why Casper didn’t crossover when his dad died.
I thought I kind of covered their unfinished business in this video lol
@@TheFangirlWatches I always just thought that the Ghostly Trio know what their unfinished business is but they just don't bother since they seem to really enjoy scaring humans and this is just my theory I believe that the Ghostly Trio when they were alive we're actually members of the mafia as explained by Stretch's thick Brooklyn accent
@@williampulfer-melville8536 I think so too, the names “Stretch”, “Stinkie” and “Fatso” were probably their aliases
@@leprechaunfarmer4081 yep and usually members of the mafia get their aliases by their characteristics
That's a very cool theory! I have wondered why the remaining red liquid couldn't be analyzed to maybe create more, or if there might be a recipe for it the father wrote down and hid somewhere. Then again it could be made of ingredients so rare no more could ever be made. By the way, did you know that in the Casper Movie Storybook there is a deleted scene where Kat comes across an old photo of the living Ghostly Trio in the attic?
My theory on red liquid is a little more darker. What if the recipe to make the Elixir was found in a Dark Arts books? And part of the ingredients required was blood from a human sacrifice to make?
I just watched this movie yesterday then this shows up the next day
Spoopy
My psychic powers are improving! Mwahaha! 😂
There’s a deleted scene where Casper shows Kat a photo of his uncles when they were alive, so they really are related
I am a huge Casper fan always have been when I was in high school when the other girls Where watching Hannah Montana I was excited about the special edition dvd of Casper the friendly ghost
lol man I feel old now. I was working at an AMC when the 3D Hannah Montana movie came out! But good for you! Chase your fandoms and not the fads!
Yeah I can relate to that since I have always been the misfit in my middle school and high school days. While all of the other kids were interested in high school musical,Twilight and any fad. I was interested in Disney, Marvel, Harry Potter, My little Pony, TMNT, Hunger Games, Favorites like Casper and cartoons. It’s better to peruse your passions and interests and stay true to your self than follow fads and trends.
I've often thought of this subject myself, and my theory as to what Casper's unfinished business was, is that Casper died young, and it's possible that because of that his unfinished business is to finish his life and grow up, but i realize how that doesn't make any sense because you know Casper's a ghost and ghosts don't grow up and all that, but still
It makes sense, it's just an unfinishable business. Casper will never be able to grow up, and therefore will always have unfinished business. He will never pass on.
The one casper movie that everyone seems to forget about is the "Casper meets Wendy" film with Hillary Duff. That movie was one of my favorites as a kid but I can never find it anywhere.
My favorite Casper movie!!!! I just noticed in this video that the rich blonde lady is also head aunt witch of Wendy.
@@rachelc3535 funny enough that actually makes both her in Casper have a lot in common she has Aunts who expect her to be evil and he has Uncles who expect him to be scary
Can you do a theory of Jack Skellington as human/or his death? I would like to hear your idea on it!
I love Casper and I always wonder as an adult why Casper never found peace or moved on.
That's an interesting theory! I honestly thought that maybe Casper's reason for staying changed once Kat and her dad moved in, because he wanted to stay with her. I mean, "can I keep you?", while being kind of creepy, was also pretty sad, and he finally had someone close to his own age.
I haven’t seen this movie but I enjoyed your theory very much!
I'm late to this video. But I think the ghostly trio actually are Caspers uncle's. I remember seeing a deleted scene a lot time ago with Casper and Kat in what I believe was the attic. They found a picture with three men standing next to each other and Casper told Kat that the men in the picture was Stretch Stinkie and Fatso.
In a deleted scene in the 1995 film Kat founds an old black and white picture of caspers uncle when they were alive
Really interesting theory! Casper is one of my favorite cartoon characters in history and coming back to the fandom brings me unbridled joy! 😄
I saw this movie recently, and i was hopeing and curious of what your theory would be. It is intresting, i actually see casper as the oldest ghost from the four. Because i thought his father was a very late Edwardian style inventor or somewhere barely hitting the 9020's. Whith streaches mannerisms and speach, i see him possibly an old ganger like guy during a Probition period. Known as streach because he was a lead look out for feds. For Fatso and Stinky. I could see them befriending streach in human life or associate with him if they were trying to be bootleggers. Perhaps the father didn't get to have Casper try the machine. And he passed away of natural causes, with a complete project and kinda accidentally passed on. And after his departure his home was scouted by Streach, Fatso, and Stinky for an area of operation. If the three did hit a similar car incident like the other two bad guys. While a dark or rainy day driving away from feds or coppers. It could explain how they crossed paths in the afterlife with casper
I love your pokemon shirt! I feel like maybe because Caspers dad spent basically the rest of his life trying to build the machine Casper wasn't truly there for him. So, when he finished the machine and died his business was done, but since Casper didn't really spend much time with him, he never got to go to the after life,
Okay, now I want a Casper movie that's a drama with all these details to make it sad as heck. I just want a gothic, sad Casper movie.
Ooooh like the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina! I’d watch it!
I know the technically brushed up on this in the movie, but my big question his how they're able to leave the manor? I always thought ghosts were confined to where they died.
I don't think this movie establishes that rule. It was more like Whipstaff was the only place around. The movie had the 3 uncles go to the bar with Dr. Harvey, and that didn't seem to be too close.
@@TheFangirlWatches There's also that scene where Casper is in Kat's classroom, tying all the kids shoes together lol
An Anomaly that's a good point. In Beetlejuice the couple that died was confined to their house that they lived in.
If you’re gonna blame Cinderella for being passive, why not blame SNOW WHITE for being that way as well?
Because Snow White is 14, and DEAD.
Can you do a theory on Beetlejuice, I really enjoy BJ movie and cartoon but there's a lack of theories online for it
I will! Not exactly sure when, but it’s been in the works for awhile now! :)
There’s also one in 1998 with a boy named Chris and he and Casper worked together to help keep a school from being destroyed...
Good theory! It makes Casper much more inreresting to watch again thinking about it!
Just rewatched it with my brother after not seen it for like 10 years and had to look up if you had made any theories about it and you delivered!😄
I loved this movies as a child, I have to rewatch it! I love your theory very much.
"OOoops, did I doo thaaaat?" XD hahahahahahahaha! That cracked me up. Oh my gosh, I had completely forgotten about Casper. Honestly, I barely even remember the movie. Until you started talking about it, I was like "oh yeeeeaaaah." I know I say that I like your theories a lot, but I do! I think you and I may be on a similar wavelength! I find it a little sad if Stretch is Casper's dad. I remember the trio treating Casper bad throughout the movie. It would make sense if their memories were forgotten and they lost their sense of purpose along with their empathy. :'(
I know all the uncle ghosts are so mean to Casper! T_T BUT, if Casper’s dad did kill his employees, then he’s really not a very nice guy outside of his family and that could fit his personality type.
It's been a tradition in my family to watch Casper every Halloween it's such a great movie
Such a fun tradition!
@@TheFangirlWatches indeed
I can't believe I never thought about any of this stuff when I was a kid. Good theory. Sad though. But really good.
you're one of the best youtubers, you take me to a whole better wprld
The ghostly trio are Casper’s biological uncles. There was a scene that never made it into the film where a picture of them when they were alive is discovered in the attic. I’m sure it was cut for time but it would have been cool if it were left in.
I think Caspar’s dad built the machine but died right after from old age and Caspar was so sad about that that he forgot about the machine and he stayed on earth because he wanted to live again.
4:05 OMG that could actually be true because stretch seems to care the most about casper too like in my favourite episode 3 ghosts and a baby, were casper goes back into being a baby ghost! (I also think he became a baby again when he died and thats why he forgot everything)
and the ghostly trio have to babysit him 🥺
The touching and non touching could likely be explained using the shows Supernatural lore and that you need to be very angry or very calm to touch
It still doesn't fit with the actions in the movie then. The ghost hands was a very calm moment, and other times, like when Casper holds a breakfast tray, there was no real emotional extremes going on either. I think it's just one of those "kids won't think about it" things, lol.
@@TheFangirlWatches most likely
i made it to the end ^^ i love your videos! i thought what you said about uncle Stretch possibly being casper's father is very interesting. and i actually found an episode of the casper the cartoon from the 90s that may help that idea hold more water. in the epsode, "three ghosts and a baby" (you can find the full episode on youtube) casper accidently turns into a baby and the uncles have to take care of him while Kat's dad finds a way to change him back. as the episode goes on, Stretch actually becomes a pretty competent and loving caretaker to casper. Perhaps some forgotten fatherly instinct reserfacing? now, whether or not the show and the movie take place in the same universe (i think it does because kat and her father are a part of the show. but i've only seen the one episode so don't quote me on that) is another discussion, but it's still interesting to think about
my fav childhood movie

Pretty interesting take on this. Certainly makes the film much darker in retrospect than it already is. Plus, the melancholy piano and strings music adds to it. Almost sounds like it's from Once Upon a Time. lol
Wow This movie is literally on TV right now and I had just watched it a few days ago.
I had not seen this movie on anywhere until very recently, but I’m glad it’s making a comeback.
Yeah it was being shown as apart of the TV channel Freeform as apart of their 31 “nights” of Halloween.
Very interesting theory. I was a teenager when this came out. Feeling very nostalgic now!
I really enjoyed this.
Heck I needed this theory.
Made it to the end and even retweeted and f shared.
I love that movie but honestly i never understand but maybe you right about it .
The writers didn't make this movie very easy to follow. "It's for kids! They'll just go with whatever!" 😂
Even though this movie didn't have a sequel I really think the true sequel should have been Casper meets Wendy but even though Casper and his Uncle's are on vacation they are still living in Wipstaff manor and Deedstown is the other town next to the one Kat and Dr Harvey live at
Hey, I made it till the end ! Love your vids !!!
10:38 actually if u read the newspaper that Kat reads to Caspar the headline actually says (paraphrasing here) "Local inventor deemed Insane". What that would suggest to me is that the Lazarus machine was built but never used. My guess was Caspar;s dad was going to use it to revive Caspar but before he could the insane asylum people took him away and locked him up for the rest of his life.
That's what I was thinking.
Covering movies in Casper a spirited beginning Casper first met the ghostly trio in a different place. They said they wee his uncle's near the end of the movie.
Speaking of a spirited beginning we need a theory video on Kibosh the Ghost King as his character is pretty interesting as he's the only character the Ghostly Trio are absolutely terrified of plus I think it would be cool to see a video explaining how he became the ghost King because you have to be pretty ruthless to get a position like that plus ID like to know why he's Green when all the other ghosts in the Harvey Universe are white
You need to find something about Caspars Scare School
Speaking of which we really need someone to do a theory on a character that appeared in both the show and the movie as well as the prequel movies that being Kibosh the ghost King as I always thought his character was interesting as he is said to be one of the most powerful ghosts who has ever existed and is the only other being that scares the Ghostly Trio plus I would like to see a theory on how he became the king of all ghosts or king of Ghouls in Casper's Scare School
I remember my sister uses to have an army of cats, one was named Casper,he was absolutely darling🥰
THIS IS LITERALLY MY FAVE MOVIE ITS ON NETFLIX NOW !!
Yay! It was so hard to find this movie when I was covering it, I’m glad it’s on Netflix, maybe now some people will finally watch it! :)
I thought he had no unfinished business?
The way its explained in the movie sounds like people who become ghosts have no choice because of their unfinished business, whereas Caspers explicitly says
"I didn't go where I was supposed to, I just stayed behind so my dad wouldn't be lonely"
Implying that he was supposed to move on to the afterlife (where he was "supposed to go") but chose not to rather than being forced to stay behind to complete unfinished business.
By the time his father died, Casper probably felt guilty for causing his father to be sent to the asylum and, unable to forgive himself, was unable to crossover.
(At least that's my theory)
Also in regards to your theory about the Ghostly trio either not being Caspers real uncle's, or Stretch being his father there's actually a deleted scene in the movie that you can still find in one of the script drafts online, where Kat finds a picture of the trio when they were alive.
(this is when Casper and Kat are in the attic)
The picture is of the Ghostly trio and Casper, who they have in a headlock. Kat asks "which one is your dad" and Casper replies "Nah, those are my uncle's, can't you tell?" And there's another deleted scene where the Ghostly trio actually talk about Caspers dad and their relationship with Casper when they were alive to Dr. Harvey, proving that the Ghostly trio are Caspers biological uncle's.
Also one of newspapers in caspar's house says his dad was declared legally insane
Not to mention he was likely taken to the mental asylum
What is that melancholy piano music in the background? I've been looking for it everywhere. 🧐
I made it to the end! I ❤️ you’re videos!
Thank you Michael!
Welcome
It's the Urkel for me!!😁
Cool theory! I love this movie a lot.
5:15 it looks like there are clearly two empty bottles of the machine juice with one of them having a few drops in it, so it HAD to have been tested, right? Come on, right?
Dang! That's super dark. Love it!
I had this movie on DVD idk where it is now, but I still enjoyed the movie
I had my first Casper-marathon last week. But only with this movie. On repeat. All day. I figured if Casper’s business was to make his father not lonely, maybe he just never succeeded. His father kept missing the living version of him, even in death and throughout eternity. The uncles being victims/test subjects is a great idea. After three killings, none of which were successfully brought back to life, the father could have abandoned the project upon realizing the horror of his actions. Then he wouldn’t have unfinished business, and would cross over upon death, possibly, as you suggested, at the hands of the ghosts of his victims. The machine was brought to a point of functionality, but never got that final test to confirm it.
That’s interesting
My theory as to why Casper can't crossover even after his fathers death is that he's a very special kind of ghost. Everyone is put on this earth for a reason and Casper was so sweet and friendly in life that the mortal realm could not bear to be parted from his memory when he died so young. Instead of being stuck with "unfinished business" he has a new lease on life (or should I say afterlife) of spreading friendship as a spirit.
Ghosts can choose to be solid.
the ghostly trio made the food go through them on purpose with there magic,
to make mess for casper to clean and to scare kat and dr harvey.
Really ghosts have internal organs too, Ive seen casper eat and it NEVER goes through him like never.
I actually say ghosts live in another dimension and thats why we cant see them also if they didn't have a brain they wouldn't be able to think so yeah.
Another thing is my mum use to do astral projection which is becoming a ghost and she told me she wasn't even transparent she also said she had legs, could brethe and wore clothes!
So ghosts are just like humans :)
I loved this movie so much, and still do!
Casper meets Wendy will always be my favorite Casper movie of all time
I too had Casper on VHS. Haven't seen it in years, but never forgot about it. The special effects don't matter. As for Casper's unfinished business; who knows. Don't think we'll find out unless another Casper movie was made, and we possibly find out.
But it's doubtful that will happen

First movie I saw at the drive in! Double feature with Apollo 13, which was the perfect combo. I remember liking parts of this as a kid (also, I was really excited because I live in Maine and I remember when they filmed here), but I hated the Ghostly Trio. Also, I just find Bill Pullman kind of off putting for some reason. I'm sure he's a nice guy irl, but he just grates on my nerves.
Maybe the ghosts unconsciously switch from being able to interact with solid matter and not being able to
I think Casper accidentally killed his uncles after they moved in after his dad died. Thats why they treat him like crap.
What happens to James Harvey's body after he is resurrected? They didn't seem to have time to go get it... so, the authorities find a corpse that looks like him?
This was cool
Thanks so much for coming to watch it Joshua 💕
Well i love your videos
I'll be going off the rules from wraith the Oblivion. I'll explain as I go.
Casper had one Passion (unfinished business) don't think it was making sure his dad wasn't sad. More likely he wanted to stay with his dad. His solid connection to the haunt (haunted house) is his fetters. Fetters are objects with heavy emotional attachment that are still in the mortal coil. And obviously Casper's treasure is his fetters. Each object is connected to happy memories of him and his father.
ill buy your theory! Makes sense to me :)

I loved this movie, and I love your theory. I always thought Stretch cared about Casper. Especially since they made Casper's Scare School and Casper meets Wendy that movie and show both show that Stretch and along with Stinky and Fatso actually care and love Casper. I also love the theory about Stretch being Casper's dad, I mean it is a possibility.
Do Casper meets Wendy please!
My questions are is Cariggan an ancestor direct in line since she inherits the manor? Because the manor was kept im tact, diregarding the fact that its dusty and dirty... doesnt this indicate that therefore they are all related.
****
She (cariggan) hires Dr Harvey when casper alludes her to the tv and she doesnt seem to be phased at all by the tv moving around.
***
Next question, where did they get the money? A mansion is very expensive regardless of time eras.
I think the uncles were the lackys, the mafia? In other theories fatso is the leader of the trio and stretch is the "dumbest". So who are they?
*****
It’s not a theory. Casper explains it to Kat that he stayed behind so his father wouldn’t be lonely. It’s the attic scene with him telling her how he died.
I thought those three ghosts were Casper's mean uncles.
OMG! THANK YOU! No one else is talking about Casper and how sad his character actually is! He's a CHILD GHOST! HOW IS THAT NOT SAD??
