love the resin mixer!"
Yeah it’s pretty cool. Makes light work of it. 😊😊
Oops o so ( childish beutiful) it's undescrible!? Joseph's COAT of colors! 💯% a delight❤😊 thx.
Thanks very much, appreciate the comment and thanks for watching. 😊😊
wow! looks awesome!
Thanks very much pal and cheers for watching. 😊😊
Another awesome video fella 👍🏻
Cheers pal, appreciate the comment. 😊😊
Nice mixer, Will. What happens to the brush once mixed, binned or somehow cleaned and used again?
Cheers pal, the brush for the resin? I assume so unless told otherwise. Goes in a jar of acetate, strips the resin off in nano seconds.
Tip: if using the brush from Doris, still use the acetate and dodge the sausage rolls at Xmas 😊😊
Now that's different, i don't like it but great work, kudos.
Yeah it’s tongue in cheek that’s for sure. Thanks for watching, appreciate the comment. 😊
Hi Will, looks good mate. What did you brush the base with?
Thanks very much pal. The whole vase is flood coated then sanded to 1000 and lacquered. Does that answer your question pal? 😊
It's not exactly wood turning. it's resin and plastic turning with an int of wood 😅
It’ll divide the purists that’s for sure, and I agree. But it does contain wood, it is made by hand on a woodturning lathe, and using woodturning tools. It’s sanded nicely, polished to perfection which is much more than you’d do with wood. Admittedly using Lego is tongue in cheek but that’s what they wanted, so I delivered 😊.
Thanks for watching and appreciate the comment pal 😊😊
@@tendring_woodturningwell said, it’s an incredible project ❤
@@user-pt6yv7dv1m thanks very much 😊😊
That came out so well! How long did it take you to hone this skill and also would love to see a video where you talk through or speak over what each stage is that you are doing 😀. I love this one!
Appreciate the comment and thanks very much, as for time much longer than anticipated. It came off the lathe and bounced around the floor when parting off after polishing, so had to do it all over again by hand 🙄😂😂
@@tendring_woodturning 😂 you must have the patience of a saint
@@gemxlovesxbeautyxxx9734 yup, took hours, I was gutted. Would have been about 40 hours work up until then 🙄😊😊
@@tendring_woodturning nightmare!! So that finish at the end has been done by hand?
@@marwill329 unfortunately so. 😊
