Wow! I did this this morning and now its bedtime. Sorry I forgot to comment. I absolutely loved this video and I was surprised because I always balk at anything called HIIT. But I was thrilled with this workout1 I could do nearly everything with the usual slight modifications for my gimpy left arm.
