Thanks so much Sally. I couldn’t make Mina’s class today because Theo has a cough and I’d have felt awkward around the other kids but I’ve just worked my way through this with some tranquil music on in the background and I feel good! Re the arm lifting etc, do you have anything focused on the elbow/shoulder at all please? My left side is so sore from holding and carrying Theo’s weight there all the time! Thanks so much again and hopefully see you at a class again soon 😊 Lara x

Hi Lara and Theo so sorry to hear about not being able to join the class but at least you found something here. Ah yes shoulder and elbow issues - so common for mammas. I’ll see if I have a video on it somewhere if not I’ll pop one up here v soon 💕💕💕
