    sir January me covid hogya and uske baad exams aagye training me bhot zaada break aagya tha. 2 weeks se dubara start kardiya but systematic way me training nahi ho rhi thi. abhi same aapke latest workout follow kar rha hu. pehle wala confidence vaapas aa rha hai aur next level pump feel hota hai.     Sir , I've been following you since april 2021 , and by following your tips , i could manage to lose 21 kgs in 11 months ( i was obese , so weight loss was my main objective , now im engaging into strength training either) , im happy to see the results and grateful for you guiding me the right way to live a healthy life , as a teenager i could manage shifting into a healthier diet and cutting down all the trash foods , all thanks to you , but i have a doubt , like I've been able to shred alot of fat around my chest and belly and waist , but the only area im not able to shred fat is my thighs , by doing strength training i could tone the areas , but it looks awkward to have a small waist but big thighs and butt , is it okay??? Im just a little confused about it , hope u can make me clear , thank you :)
