My first car was a 72 chevelle wagon with money sent home from military days. Had a 307/340 and I started hot rod it with tires and typical stuff. DROVE MY DAD CRAZY!
@@RiggsGarage typo had a 307/350 turbo. learned how to first work on cars and made some mistakes and my father thought I was crazy. wish I had it back.
yes, can understand why he'd be reluctant to take it down the strip, but i'd still be tempted. maybe gusset the frame, beef up the roll cage, to keep from twisting and popping out windows.
Really enjoyed this cool video. I've got a 55 4 door to 2 door Conversion; this is what I plan to do to it! Watching this helped me figure out what I want to do with the rear wheel openings. Cut them or not! This '55 is really cool!
Man these 55s are awesome aren't they? Very high on my list to build next. The 55 looks awesome cut or uncut on those quarter panels! One of my favorites is Mike Finnegan's Blasphemi 55. Thanks for watching!
Sequential! Nice!

Absolutely
I've got a '51 Ford AWB Gasser. I run a 421 SD Pontiac with a 4 speed. The front straight axle is moved 4" forward and the rear axle is 10" forward.
Sounds amazing!
Nice!
