Future mountain biker Rebecca might need a junior sized pump track in the backyard soon. So adorable!
I'm looking forward to the top of the line kids bike builds
Yea i cant wait to see the bike builds for her
Yep. Little kids love to ride their run bike on pump tracks! Agree also 100%, a run bike is the way to start, never use training wheels.
Bro was on it lol
Imagine being a friend of a mountainbiker and the first thing you see in this video is seth wearing a helmet decorated like a christmas tree
Legit the last thing any of us want🤣
And?
It's a Hanukkah tree lol
It’s a good idea that’s what I do with my bike every year
We are just a different breed
Man I would freak out if someone bought me the exact tires I need. This is great advice.
Yeah especially since they are $85 each
Eh I like to test around, I pretty much buy different ones everytime just to see how they compare, and have the bike feel fresh and different for a bit
@@RiversideM I use Maxxis DHF on front and rear and slay all my Colorado trails. Plus Maxxis makes 26" unlike other joke companies
@@RealMTBAddict I run Assegai/dhr currently on my enduro and Assegai/Assegai on my dh
I used to run dhf/dhf too, prefer dhf in the back over dhr tbh. but I'm not swapping tyres if they're still good (other than the Magic Mary/Big Betty combo I was running last year, never died as much as I did with these tyres. absolute dogshit)
Next will probably be Michelins
But I ride 29ers so I'm not limited with options
Rofl 🤣
Seth, you absolutely MUST send berm peak on the strider! You look dialed on it😂
He can't even say it lol. He says Shrider
If you have a MTBer on the naughty list, print out tickets for a secret group ride with their fave CZcamsr.
…But it’s really a trail build day with the local MTB group.
I see this as a win win situation, I need time off to build trails bro😢😅
BOOM! That Chamois is a game changer. Who knew such engineering existed.
Happy holidays
No, Merry Christmas Jesus is born!
Love it, this is honestly the best Christmas guide ever
I love the decorations, Seth!
no one ever gets me the right gift, hopefully if i send them this i get something im gonna enjoy, great vid 👍
Well organized and thoughtful. Thanks for putting the time into this gift guide, Seth.
hearing seths bike hacks brought back memories of when i first started watching this channel when i got into mountain biking
Mac-ride ftw. That thing changed our lives.
Had an idea for berm peak cabin. Do a flip bike series till you have enough money to put 2 medium size bikes in the cabin for riders to ride. Just an idea i had love the videos keep up the great work.
I love your channel Seth and I have been watching your channel since 2018 and it has grown a lot! keep up the hard work.
Happy Hanuka Seth!
been watching your channel for years, until I opened mine, really a true inspiration.
The strider thing is awesome. Little kids develop a sense of balance way earlier than with training wheels. My little brother had one and he was able to ride an actual bike by the time he was two
Another well done and informative vid! I have shared this with my wife and family. Thanks Seth!
The Y Bike is great for little ones, they can use it to learn to walk, or turn it around to ride similar to a strider. It has a more sprawled out stance, stable, soft caster wheels go any direction don’t bind
YES SETH!!! Please keep doing product videos like this!!
I have a MacRide, and it is LITERALLY my favorite thing I have ever bought in my life! My son and I have gone on SO many adventures together because of it. And that is my favorite thing to do!!! I got the blue one and put blue grips in the center of my bars, so all of his contact points are the same color.
Max Ride seat is amazing! My 2yo daughter loves it and it’s a blast to take her out on to the trails. Highly recommend!!!
Thanks for sharing this with us
hi seth i have been watching you videos since it was called seth's bike hacks and you got me into montain biking and now i am a solid 3 years into mountain biking and can do some i can do some tricks too.
Thank you Seth for the love!
Ah! Freakin brilliant. The link to this is going to a few people I know for sure!!
Cannot believe how big your little one is getting!! My little one is loving her bike but we had to go with what we had which was the training wheel option... hoping to change that soon! 🤞
Thanx again for a fantastic video!
Seth you are 100% right! Can you now please do a video on what to buy my wife for Christmas?
I'm grateful that I have already got a berm peak hoodie about 2 months ago and I am grateful for that. 😇😇
Awesome vid Seth I'm sure this will help a ton of people.
love it great content as per usual keep it up!
As smart a sales pitch as I've ever seen! I see what you did there and respect it.
It's a randomly timed Seth upload! Love to see it.
Thanks for the shoutout, Seth! We're getting these orders out ASAP for the holidays! Happy holidays and ride in comfort! :)
I love the new shop layout
love your videos always a good day when you post 😃😃
Man....I wonder how my wife knew about this video.... Christmas came early for me... got a Berm Peak jersey, socks...and the hero 11... great video bro!
This channel is the perfect gift!!!
Great video Seth! We loved the Mac ride for our Little’s. Definitely helped them get the joy of biking before they were faced with the difficulties (climbing, falling etc)
Another “difficulty” is seeing dad remove the seat to go on a grownup ride……. Only made that mistake once and now it stays on the bike at all times and is discreetly removed when out of sight!
@@zadams5596 haha good looking out. The betrayal! :-)
Can we appreciate how Seth did pretty good keeping his daughters face off camera
Very informative Seth. Thx.
Love your videos man!
thank you perfect gift guide
Merry CHRISTMAS
Perfect gift ideas !
This is a surprisingly good and accurate gift guide
The 3d printed Mini milk crate is awesome!
Thanks for the info
Strider is awesome. When my son out grew his, he already had a bigger bike with training wheels. I got him a second bike (neighborhood give away…) and took the pedals off. He could practice balancing and pedaling separately. The day we took the training wheels off he was off and running.
I used to work at a motorcycle dealership and we sold Strider bikes, they also have ski attachments for a winter sled conversion and they have multiple sizes depending how big your kid is.
Love the videos!
Thank you
Yo Seth, Love the mtb videos and I live in Charlotte NC. My grandparents live in Asheville so on day im gonna come ride berm park. My friends say its great so I cant wait to come shred it!
Perhaps Seth's greatest video.
love ur vids seth
You got me there with hannuka not lying❤❤. Happy Hannuka
Seth some great ideas for Xmas prezzies, 🤘
Those Gyro kids helmets are great. Mips options and they are fairly low cost. My daughter has one.
Damn even Seth is out here telling us his baby is '21 months old'. Parents will be parents
How many weeks is that? I don't care
@@RealMTBAddict round 15.000 hours.
@@dUTOGATO seconds?
Love watching little miss seth in these videos!!!
She is cute!
Advance Merry Christmas from Philippines
Good ideas!
Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas!!!
Seth! Who needs Santa, when we got you! 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Seth, I'm sure you've realised this already, but you were born for this! Great job!
A chain ring bash guard would make a great gift to.
I love Seth!
'rc boat incident' 😂😂😂😂🤟
this is a classic seth vid thanks again i can pamper myself LOL
Had to pause the video where was that bar seat when we were kids I remember my dad picking me up from school on his road bike, I can still feel the pain from sitting there with my legs over the handle bars. But it was fun to be included
Fun fact: my little brother (who is 1yrs old) owns a strider and a bo bike witch was kinda cool to see Seth’s kid use the same stuff my brother uses
Let’s goo
I love your videos
If you want to ride your bike with your kids, I recommend the kids ride shotgun pro seat für emtb or the normal one for a bio bike. My son loves this seats.
I would mention in the description maybe that the shock pump doesn’t work on cheaper coil spring forks, as many people don’t have an air fork or a shock.
But if you have cheap coil spring forks you're probably not an avid mountain biker
I got a canyon torque this christmas but this could be usefull for next christmas
Have you considered painting level lines on some of the features on berm peak? That way people would have a better idea of just how steep they are.
Alexander over at The Singletrack Sampler has some new jerseys on Cognative - who WOULDN'T love one of those as a gift?
Love ur vids btw
❤
06:02 aaw baby's first _manual machine_ 😆
Thank for you saying MacRide instead of the ripoff Kids Ride Shotgun. We have had some of our best family memories with our MacRides and our two boys. Highly recommend to anyone with toddlers!
I could definitely use another bike stand since I just recently purchased a fat bike.
Love the GoPro helmet mount..
love the vid
This is so much better than most of these, but not suggesting the EDC system of pump and tool is an oversight IMO
A must have for the mini pumps is a hose. So easy to destroy the presta valve.
My son has a 14x Strider, and I do play with it like scooter 😁
Topeak Joe blow (yellows) are good floor pumps.
Good morning sir merry Christmas sir
As far as shock pumps go, I highly recommend the Topeak ones, they have a dual locking mechanism that makes it so you barely lose any air when attaching/removing the pump
On that rocker you can use it to teach your kid to manual
You mean they are really good at loosing all the air you have just added
love the helmet
Love this video... From philipines'''''
For a serious mountain biker with a toddler ready for a balance bike, I'd recommend going just a little step up from Strider ($140-190 for the Sport or Pro, the cheaper Classic has a hard plastic seat rather than a cushioned saddle) and upgrading to either a Prevelo Alpha Zero ($230, on sale for $210 atm) or a woom 1 ($200). For that $50 or so more, you get real rubber tires with better grip, more stable slacker geometry, a real headset rather than a quick-release compressed bushing, and a handbrake that even if younger toddlers don't use yet, it will help older ones stop more safely and aid the transition to pedaling by being one less new thing they have to figure out. My own kid had a Strider Sport that I ended up putting aftermarket wheels on and I really wish I would have spent the extra money up front: I'd say the majority of her crashes were from speed wobbles because of the too steep head tube angle.
As for the MacRide, another alternative is Kids Ride Shotgun. Same concept, just different implementation. They also make fun little extras like a MTB themed alphabet book and sticker/coloring/activity packs, plus a tow rope.
Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas!!! Any kind of gift giving is good gift giving. The whole idea of giving gifts comes from St Nicholas!! Giving of oneself without expectation of return is the best way to give!!
For your friend is the best gifts You can get😁❤️
Seth's stone cold dead pan stare while on the Strider was the CZcams clip I didn't know I needed.
Yes to more socks and multitools. Don't need to know them well. It will always work
Nice
great vid Seth! Just shared it to my gf😂
If you need a pump for tires or suspension xiaomi 1s electric pump is the way to go. Digital settings. Pretty small. Can even inflate up to 2 car tires and for a bike the battery lasts forever.
I adore 3:42 moment when the cap of fork fell off and you didn’t repeat the scene:)
Stationery bikes need washing too!!!!
I just did a full tear down on a customer's road bike that spent 12 months as his Zwift bike. Literally everything was corroded by sweat. Chainrings were flaking apart.
My little girl is turning 5 in January and we still use the Mac-Ride, most recently she rode along to do some trail work with me. Definitely pushing it with her size though, my knees hurt from having to pedal out to the sides haha
We just finished our 3rd season on it. Thankfully I ride an XL. Think ill still have room for my so next year. He's 5 now. What a product.
I’m on season 2 with kid #2 on our Mac ride. Lots of imitations out there now but still the best IMO. This year we discovered that pogies intended for kayak paddles make great hand warmers for cold days.
@@zadams5596 woom makes a good kids glove for cold weather, I think they're neoprene. And agree, the fact that the other competitor made they're second generation almost identical to the Mac-Ride says a lot. That company also copied the Tow-Whee, after two copies I wouldn't buy a thing from them.
