    This is good for delivery drivers btw. I have back issues but I also drive for work and your videos are so on point every day it’s like I’m Truman in the Truman show some days.

    Just a personal observation as a "senior," is that these (for those who are restricted or perhaps sedentary - senior or not) could be done 3 x a day (at least, depending on one's situation) and that could be very beneficial and decent low impact exercise, in my opinion. Maybe you don't concur, but I am going to add it to my daily routine for leg circulation ( I have mild CVI in my right leg due to trauma), and staying loose otherwise!

      I heard about the benefits of deep breathing or even just controlled breathing and I’ve been practicing it since I was young! And I have to say, compared to other people my age, I seem to suffer from much less coughing and I don’t get worked up easily. Controlling your breathing/controlling tour parasympathetic system is great for stress and anxiety. Alsoooo, it’s good to promote proper posture. It’s just good all around! Breath is life! Haha

    I can't sit down in a toilet or chair without handles/bars/arm rests etc. When I'm in public, and I'm in a chair - I hurt myself getting up - my back, knee, foot, etc.... because I have nothing to brace myself with to get off the chair or toilet.

    Hi seen many of your videos.my issue is blood flow.or pinched nerve.my feet legs go red longer im in s spot.what can cause this plz.im 63.and kind of stuck.mobility wise.was told its the seral nerve.in my legs or heal.hope you czn offer some advive.tyvm stay safe.

    I can physically move.. what is your take on a mini trampoline? Mine has a bar on it

      My doctor had me get a mini trampoline/rebounder to drain my lymph system. I only do a 'health bounce.' My feet don't leave the mat. I also hold onto the bar!

      This will vary from person to person, but I often recommend 1 to 2 hours after you awake in the morning. I wish you well.

    Hi guys, thanks a lot for your videos they are really amazing. I have a question please I’m in so much pain right now. I had 2 disc herniations and I did surgery for one they said the other one doesn’t need because it is not causing pain. Few months after the other one started to cause pain and sciatica it was a bearable amount, could walk with a cane etc (old one couldn’t even walk with cane). So i followed your McKenzie method videos and all the sciatica was gone! I only got back pain after walking for a while. Suddenly, a few days ago my pain level shot up and today I am at a point where turning is painful, coughing is painful, everything is SO SO painful! And the sciatica is there but not toooooo strong. i want to know please what happened?? What can I do? I was doing much progress with McKenzie but now it hurts too much to do what I was doing almost effortlessly last week!
