Very clean.
Nice work!
One of the best conversions that I have ever seen! Amazing..
Well done CoPilot! Nicely spec'd... It hits all the features our family of 4 has been talking about for a future build out.
I'm impressed in the forethought for the functionality of each detail in this van. I love that it's easily transformed for multiple types of gear for all outdoors enthusiasts. The craftsmanship is clear and the clean lines are inviting. This would be my dream van!
Sweeeeeet! Me really like. You did a great job. I like the shower pan idea.
All equipped, spacious and fantastic idea !!
Amazing
So well organized
Best I've seen 👍🏼
just saw your video on this build. Great thoughtful innovative ideas and attention to detail with this build. inspiring for us to follow your lead on the design. Thanks for putting it out on YT for us all.
Nice work! I like the extra bed feature.
Just One Word Says it All ---> OUTSTANDING!
Great conversions!
Nice job! I like it really thought out conversion.
Nice work !! The van looks great 👍
Amazing space saving solutions! Great Build!
Very clever design and nice work 👍
Awesome build, guys! The craftsmanship looks supreme!
so rad! would love to do a ski trip in this thing!
That's the one! I have been looking for years.
Very smart build guys 👍🏼
WOW! Great job.
I need one of these things....beautiful.
There’s a lot that I like about this design. This is of some very thoughtful work. I wonder about placing the electric controls above the wet area though? You’ll notice in most residential applications that even the garbage disposal switch is a little ways away from the wet area, much less systems controls , and monitoring equipment. The shower is a really nice touch, you gave me some ideas for my own van build out with that. I’d be curious to see how you worked out your charging system, and how it works out for the usage of the vehicle. Will you do a video about your infrastructure design?
so far the best van i have seen.
can you make a video on how do you handle the dirty water ? where do you dump it after a trip? and the same for the toilet.
Wonderful use of space! It looks so good too. We are a family of four and don't always check out non-Promaster vans because they don't tend to be converted for more that 2 adults. This is rad. It's totally doable especially since we don't plan to be full-timers, and this has plenty of space for gear. Really nice work!
Impecable! Gracias 👍
Very nice.
Why every .? Single ? Thing ? You say ? You are finishing ? With an interrogation sound ? Ahhh ? Is that a Ford ? Second side affect ? 😂👌🏼 Very nice build btw.
I like it, gave me some ideas to incorporate into my own build. What mounting brackets did you use for the solar panels? I like how they are flush with the crossbars on the roof rack rather than sitting on top of them.
Proof that good design has nothing to do with expensive design
That is a very functional Floorplan. Very nice. Can you do same without fixed bed? Like folding bed or Murphy bed type that you can store away when not in use so that you can haul tall item?
I love the garage area of this van! I’m building out a Promaster right now. Where can I find the aluminum struts you used for the bed framing?
Nice job on the van build. Just a few basic questions. Is there a TV or place hand a small tablet or monitor? Didn't see one. Approximate cost? I guess the next question so more general in nature. Why don't most van builders add an A.C. unit? I get the draws a lot of power but even few hours would probably make a huge difference.
This Transit is off the charts awesome 👍🏄♂️🇺🇸✝️🙏
I believe it's a flatline van co. roof rack👍 I have the same rack. what did you use for your brackets for the solar?
What material did you use for the deck and how did you make it Flash with the cross bars?
Thanks 🏄♀️
awesome video! What sort of MPG do you get on it?
If you had an affiliated link that shows a list of the products used on this build it would most definitely benefit the viewer and yourself.
That's the second time I see this shower tray... Where do you guys get it from???
Me: Love this van, too bad it doesn’t have a shower
4:42: Oh snap....!
Really nice work!
Are the flarespace insulated?
Yes, 1/2” closed cell foam insulation in the flares.
I could be wrong... but the ski rack is right above the electrical system? So that all the snow melt will go straight down to the electrical system?
Would also like to know where you got the wall bags? Thx
are the BF Goodrich tires winter rated? They look like all terrain off road tires.
That thing is pretty sweet. Very nice craftsmanship. I'd personably be concerned with the power. You are running a lot of stuff with DC and the solar panels in winter can be a PIA. Propane could make that thing $$. Why couldn't you do an exterior mount for the upright tanks and run an Dometic gas fridge, hot water heater and cooktop?
Hey Rick, we chose not to put propane appliances in the van because most of our clients don’t want propane and instead, opt for a bigger electrical system. Also, a 3-way or 2-way fridge and propane water heater need a side exterior exhaust exit which limits where they can be placed in a van build and will dictate the layout. All our builds have 3 separate method of recharging the batteries. Shore, solar and Isolator. If the batteries do get drained completely, it only takes 30 minutes of driving or an hour on shore power to bring them back to 100%. I personally prefer a propane cooktop.
Can you please share where you got your indoor shower curtain?
where do the skis go? did i miss something?
Greaywatertank mounted outside - how do you keep it from freezing up?
Hhmmmm..... That's a really good question.
Isolated grey water heater that circulates high pressure water in and out of the tank. Duh.
What's the name of the bed lights please?
how much do you sell these for.? also how long and how many people does this build usually take?
How well does your 200ah system handle cooking with that induction top?
They plug into the grid
"Ski van" with exposed non-insulated plumbing? Granted I am in Canada, but i am a little confused by how this would perform in sub zero temps.
Thanks for the question, thats definitely a valid concern. I have the same plumbing set up in my personal van and I ski camp most weekends during the ski season here in Colorado. The plumping systems in our vans have more than one drain valve making it very easy to drain the water system in only a few minutes after a weekend of use so that the system is dry when the van sits unused for a period of time. The gas/ diesel heaters we install have a thermostat just like the one in your home that will keep the van warm all day/ night long independent of the vehicle motor. The Pex lines and fittings can expand preventing leaks if they do happen to freeze. We put inline shut off valves before all devices like the indoor/outdoor shower, faucet, and water heater so that if something like the shower head or water heater leaks, it can be isolated and turned off and the rest of the system can still be used. Our vans are heavily insulated. It takes much longer for water to freeze inside the van than outside. I personally don't use my heater while skiing during the day and only use it at night and I have never had a water line freeze, even in 0 degree temps. Let me know if you have any further questions?
How does the grey water tank not freeze when up in the mountains skiing?
The exterior gray tank valve is left open during winter.
Co pilot vans; it's a nice van, too small for full-time living tho, isn't it.
What color is this?
Ski van, without a heater, or did I miss something?
It's got an Espar B4L M3 heater.
Does anyone know where to find or the name of those upper cabinet latches and hinges?

@@copilotvans4762 Thank You!
@@copilotvans4762 do you have a link to the hinge as well? I've been trying to find these for awhile, but don't see them on their site?? Thanks
Those 2 seats have to go. To much room taken up, otherwise I do like the innovaton. Just a tad more room in galley area.
A rack for your wet dripping skis above the electrics??
Ford transits don’t need side pods. Nothing to watch here really.
