      You're right! George Carlin was a very bright social commentator with a great sense of humor & a vibrantly quick wit. I believe he was right about most of what he said, except as follows: He referred to the government having thrown its people overboard '30 F'ing years ago.' More accurately We the People were thrown overboard in 1871 when The CORPORATE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION was set in place. This is more or less being followed (when and if it's convenient for the hidden government to do so) but not the original united States Constitution (which most Americans still believe is in force, but is in fact almost totally ignored. Any first year law student should be able to tell you that something spelled out in all CAPS is a corporation (or a Corporate fiction) ...such as your name, as it appears on any/all U.S. government documentation.
      The HUGE amount of fraud that the UNITED STATES has perpetrated upon its own citizens is beyond mind-blowing, it's absolutely disgusting.
      I also do not agree with George's atheistic opinion.
      For his sake, I sincerely hope that God has shown George a great deal of mercy!

    I am college educated and feel that I have had some of the best teachers in the country, yet none of them can even come close to George Carlin. Ever since high school, George has changed the way I look at life. He taught me how to spot lies and deceit. No Ivy League teacher will teach you that.

      Politics and world talk is not about smarts but depth of awareness of what goes beyond person's daily life. Being insecure, working more than one job to make ends meet does not leave that person time on matters that are less important to him.

    • @wassermelonewill5399
      @wassermelonewill5399 Před 9 lety +3

      I am not sayin they are only in politics and world talk dumb! Just said you cant talk about that with americans. I also seen in universities a bunch of stupidity. You aint read my comment? Thats also a kind of intelligence to understand a comment. And for me its also kind of low-intelligence when you are working on more than one job. Sounds rude. But if they were more intelligent they would be able to earn money with one job.

      Regolo, I knew Carlin. He was not a great man but he was a brilliant comic with character flaws just like everyone else. The Carlin I knew did not love everyone but he took pride in educating people to his way of thinking. What was most remarkable about him was his ability to create and memorize lengthy tirades and complex monologs well into his last years. No stranger to booze and drugs, he seemed immune to the toll that takes on the average human brain. Had he survived into the Trump era his material would have blown away the competition. Just glad he came around on our watch.

    Education doesn't work like water, you can't just drown them in it until it works, waterboarding doesn't help either. It's more like jamming a stick into a thick hide, more blunt sticks isn't a solution, we need intellectual penetration to see any improvement.
    The fact that a large portion of the workforce has been and will be replaced by machines says nothing of the machines, it speaks for the large portion of the workforce. No worker is more obedient than a machine. Not that more work is any kind of solution, but it goes to show just another dangerous facet that comes with such a large intellectual disparity.
