@@amirpourghoureiyan1637 did you see the new WWE Headquarters building? they got a Giant ASS statue of the current WWE championship belt, in front of the building. if they change back the the Winged Eagle or the BIG eagle from Dusty's era, they "need" to change that statue as well, cuz marketing reasons.

yeah, the order of these clips has been backwards for awhile now. Like when they post the review for a match and then days later post a review of a promo leading up to the match. Lol
Putting clips up before they release the podcast does my head in. I don't bother downloading the podcast anymore because by time its out i've already heard big chunks of it on here.

IRONY is that this is the exact type segment that got Cornette over. Instead of R-Truth, Cornette was the over the top cornball with pie or cake on his face
I think they should treat the Men's tag belts the same way they do the Women's. Champs tour both brands (SD/Raw) back and forth in between PLE's.

The WWE Tag Team Championships are not an 80's design, genius. They're a combination of the WWF World Tag Team Championships from the Attitude Era and the WWE Tag Team Championships from the Ruthless Aggression Era.

It's not just AEW keeping belt makers in business.
In fairness... they aren't gonna say "this is the weakest tag team roster ever, in fact we are super embarrassed", it's WWE, they will always go hyperbole. It's going to take patience to rebuild the tag team titles, especially in a company that has always struggled with the division. It's good they split the titles as that way each show has a meaningful spot for the tag teams. I think a few teams have potential, hopefully we won't see the hot shotted splits each time they get over.
There were two winners when Kurt Angle lost the US and IC titles in the same match. From memory, I think it was Jericho and Benoit? They both pinned one another in a triple threat where each fall was for a belt. I remember Kurt cracking it for weeks afterwards because he wasn't beaten and yet lost both belts.

1 - There are WAY TOO MANY CHAMPIONSHIPS for one company!!!
2 - As for the current belts themselves.... HIDEOUS (though the new tag belts look better than the previous)
3 - I agree with Brian.... Bring back the 80's design (in two-tone gold and silver) with the current logo.

Idc what y’all old folks or young kids say, the ruthless aggression raw tag belts are the #1 best tag belts. Innovative, fit the era/modern style, complimented the undisputed title, & didn’t try and be too showy.
Smackdown ruthless aggression & wwf 90s/80s are tied for 2nd tho.

Fox rightfully complained that there wasn't enough champions and championship matches on Smackdown, so they split the tag titles back up again. It's the right thing to do if they insist on still having the brand split...

I don't know why every damn belt needs to be updated every five or ten years. Just come up with a good design (preferably one that isn't just a giant corporate logo) and stick with it. Every time the belts are merged, unmerged, or redesigned they lose prestige in my eyes. There's no consistency.

Not a fan of WWE dividing up the tag belts again. There should be only one set of tag belts and champions. Not like WWE has a stacked tag roster.
I really enjoyed this segment glad that the tag titles don't have the raw branding and it's just called the world tag titles this gives me Flashbacks to the first brand split in 2002 it's been a long time coming glad WWE split the belts.
Calling them the RAW and smackdown tag team belts honestly made a lot more sense than calling them the world and wwe tag team belts. Doing that just felt like RA nostalgia pandering honestly.
I do like the new designs however.

The new RAW tag titles look good, but the ones revealed on Smackdown were so much better. At least they aren't the silver pennies anymore for either set of titles. The Smackdown ones at least have some inspiration from the 80s-90s tag titles.
Both sets of WWE/World Tag Titles suck. Yes, the Sparta coins were trash, but replacing shit with "Less Shit" is still shit. Just bring back the pre-2010 Unified Belts, just with side plates.

Its hard to fathom that once these belts well not these ones, but the tag belts were once held by the likes of the Hart Foundation, The Bulldogs, LOD, Demolition, Natural disasters, the New Age Outlaws, Owen, and Yokozuna, Owen, and Bulldog these are tag teams and I takem them any day of the week. Hell I take the Smoking Guns, Goddwins, the Headbangers over Miz and Truth,
