I do this too. I see every request anyone makes for me as a quest. Every time I eat or drink anything I say "I'm charging my mana!!". Every time I'm feeling lazy in bed I say " loading game complete" in order to shift my locus of control to inner. This is not only a philosophical breakthrough it's a revolution in neuroscience too! Wow, even talking about it makes me think of all the fun quests I have today!

Epic (games) video! I pretend that regular tasks that I do every day (brush my teeth, wipe my ass) are daily missions that grants bonus XP. I also pretend that more complicated tasks (pay taxes, take out the garbage) unlocks cheevos. It's how I motivate myself and it works.
