I think it was very brave of you to talk about all of this. With the trauma especially with your parents and all of that. Truth be told though, you're not a bad looking guy. You got potential for getting a real relationship. If you want some advice from someone who used to struggle with talking to girls and getting a girlfriend, I'd say get yourself a good haircut, shave the face, and make the earrings match or take them out. I know you probably feel passionate about how you look with all of that. But if it's ruining your mental health, then switch that stuff up. The much trickier part is building the confidence to talk to girls. But there are good meditation and mental health exercises you can look up to help with it. That's what I did, and it's working wonders for me at the moment. Get the hair cut, shave the face, change the earrings, and look up relaxation and confidence boosting techniques.
