You have mentioned that when a book is registered in KDP Select then the book can not be made available in other platforms. In this aspect I have a query. If someone wants to sell eBook through KDP Select and POD (India) of same book (paperback) in collaboration with some publishers like NotionPress or Pothi ; is it allowed ?

I have already published two reference books on Amazon basically for students and scholars. My readers mainly prefer paperback versions, however, the shipping charge is too high. They have to pay much more for this. How can solve this problem? I want to sell my books to the maximum number of readers but the shipping charge is the main obstacle. What should I do?
