I use pothi dot com for my paperback in India. I'd suggest researching a few before deciding. This is what makes best sense for my books.

Sorry, I can't give you an exact figure but you'll find this information on the publishing platform that you will use to print the copies. They should give you the breakdown of cost per copy.

As far as I know, this will depend on the type of platform you use to publish your work. But broadly speaking, no.
Do u sell softcopy of book only or your book is published in hardcopy also. If it is in soft copy than how can we protect from other person to do copy .??
I offer my book in digital format as ebooks and in print format as paperbacks. I don’t offer hardbacks. One way to protect your work is to register it for copyright.

I haven't used a self-publishing company, so I can't suggest any.

Minimum how many pages or words essential for publishing the first book
It depends on the genre you are writing in. Typically Flash Fiction: 300-1500 words, Short Story: 1500-30,000 words, Novellas: 30,000-50,000 words, Novels: 50,000-110,000 words. There is more to this but this should give you a general idea.

I write in English and my bengali isn't that good. I tried many app that translates the texts but many of the texts comes off incorrectly. Same problem, language swap. I think I'll go for a human translator instead.
You can hire a freelance literary translator, it might help you.
