Said this from the day Edwards arrived back. Huge mistake. He has a poor relationship with Klopp, Lijnders who was my choice as the next manager going out of loyalty to Klopp. The disrespect Klopp has had to deal with this past 2 weeks after 3 bad results when he is the only manager who was happy to come here knowing he could only sign top players if we sold other top players has been disguisting. I want us to have a poor season next season with whoever comes in just to show these Klopp boo boys up. 74 points and a trophy win with academy players. Every trophy won under his watch. We won't see an era like this again, not anytime soon anyway.
Totally disagree. As much as I love Kloop, no one is bigger than the club. Liverpool football club didn't start being successful only under Kloop. We will move on to bigger and better things, maybe not immediately but you never know. I personally believe it is time for change.
I do get a sneaky feeling that de Zerbi will be the new manager

amorim very good coach, and his personality is nothing like mourinho.
and yes he like to call the shoots on buying players, he uses the scouting department and only buys the players that actual fit is gegenpress tactic.
and amorim have zero problems to put away probematic players so they "infect" the rest of the squad.

100% agree on the Edwards thing. I’m sure I commented on one of your previous videos that it seemed odd how the stance with Alonso suddenly changed when Edwards was appointed. I feel like he gets the Naby Keita treatment from LFC fans, but that I mean the guy is idolised and can do no wrong because of a handful of positive things in the past, despite perhaps not actually being as good as the hype suggests. I get the impression that he’s more disruptive in the background than perhaps a CEO of football should be and maybe that’s one of the reasons why he left previously, as I can’t imagine Klopp stood for somebody undermining him.
I’m just speculating, but it appears Edwards has been given more power at the club than somebody who isn’t manager should have. If that’s the case, then I don’t blame Alonso, Amorim etc saying no thanks to the job. Im sure not sure if Edwards being back in this new capacity is a good thing, but I hope I’m wrong.
Cheers for series Dunk. Can rename the series, Dunk Diaries. If Amorim is playing all these games to get £10m a year then he's been smoking too much! He's currently on a reported £2m at Sporting. You are spot on that Liverpool won't tolerate this circus. Looks like we heavily linked with Feyenord manager now. I don't think we need an elite manager given how the club and team are in a much better place than when Klopp tooo over. Gutted Alonso didnt accept but we are LFC and we shouldn't be held to random. Give the job to Stevie with Torres and Hyppia/Agger as assistants.

Who would be keen, competing against 115 charges FC with 100 quid to spend each window.
New manager should forget about signing players and rely on youth imo. We ain’t winning the league for years so why get our hopes up thinking FSG will spend enough to compete with City. Our young lads are hungry and will fight for the shirt. They’ll also have the energy to play next season whereas our senior players will claim they are tired from playing under Klopp.
look at what klopp has had to put up with, how many times has he being let down for well publicized targets and then left in front of the camera's firing lines, why would anyone want all this, you mention a circus around Amorim, there's one at Anfield every game, every window, and it has FSG management Inc. all over it

It’s not looking good is it, we are not very good at getting are number1 targets through the door, players and now manager. Soon as heard it’s a take or leave it offer I knew this was going to go pear shaped. That’s like saying this is how things are going to work here, either like it or lump it, as my mother used to say.
