Very Nice clean Camaro ..... what a great gift from your Grandfather and the fact that he bought it new and kept good care of her so there is no rust is something you don't see many of .... Very clean Camaro and good to see that your going to make it that much better with new interior and what ever else is needed is awesome .... Your a lucky guy......Cheers for Canada, Ontario
+69 NovaGuy Thanks! Yeah I’ve loved the car ever since I’ve know it and loved working on small things on it with my grandpa years ago before he shipped it out to me from California. I’ve got a ton more planned for it to make it go faster, handle better and stop quicker. Not going to chop it up or anything, it will still look nearly stock in appearance. Going to start on it again March 2018.
I had the 67 base model..327 powerglide..to bad it ain't a copo 4 spd. Your setup is good family friendly car.i would set it aside with a 7.4 454 4spd. You would be surprised how much bbq stuff small block parts you can use.
Those kick panels look to be in good shape compared to many ive seen .... Should sell them .... I know if I lived near you I would buy them right up along with the seat belts and probably a lot of other parts that you are going to replace like the center console etc.
You could rebuild that holley carburetor if it is the original to the car makes it worth some money and they do work well when they are tuned correctly and a nice fresh rebuild done Holley does make a great carburetor you just have to know how to set them up and keep it tuned properly

New foam in the seats and a carpet will make the car smell a million times better

+69 NovaGuy would be nice to get some money out of the original parts but I’ve kept every part that has been replaced so far to keep with the car.

+69 NovaGuy It’s not original to the car, I have the original 2 barrel it came with.
Is there a chance you know where to get that steering wheel?
Love the videos. I know these were filmed a while ago but any chance you still have the old door panels?
I do but I’m keeping them
Sell the seatbelts. It’s crazy but people will buy those old things, you’d be surprised how much you’d get for them.
Not really that crazy lol there collector items and original to the car, why would u sell them. Worth more to car than to anyone else
