    Hello
I have a levo turbo 2018 model and i have make the same damage like yours.Did you install the intermediate connection or it was from the factory?
I m making this question because when i connect the cut cables i can change the modes only from the battery.
    Cheers from greece

Hi yeah that is interesting. I rewired and soldered each wire. Have you had a look at the connection where it goes into the motor. I gave had to replace one before. Only 2 small cables. Kind of wish they made the connections waterproof to stop any corrosion. Give it a try. Do you have a friend with the same bike? Try swapping the lead if so, if not its paying for a new lead. However, you can buy just the top part as it splits in the downtube.

    Hello Again
I also notice that your remote control has 5 or 6 cables. Is that correct?

Ask for chris Riley at Berkshire cycles specialized dealer. He is the most helpful person I've met. Replaced a motor for me the same day... and he has a wealth of knowledge
